When we speak about some of the prospering cigar companies, then J.C. Newman Cigar Company always falls into the list, since it has been a family business for more than 100 years. It had been run by one of the popular businessman, Stanford Newman and has made several contributions like owning the Cuesta-Rey Cigar Line and the partnership business with the Fuente Family, belonging to the Dominican Republic. Some of their brands which have earned appreciation from the cigar lovers include Diamond Crown Maximus, Crown Julius Caesar and Brick House. The company also has produced popular cigar accessories like Craftsmen’s Bench and humidors like Diamond Crown Banners. How did the company, become the most popular cigar company in the world? All sorts of bundle cigars are produced by the company. This ranges from simple Tampa made to Quoram cigars, which is being designated as the top-selling and most favorite of the cigar lovers. Our strongest point is that we have strong relationships with one of the best manufacturers of cigars, Nicaragua. Aged tobacco, which unfortunately do not lie under the affordable category, is also being sold in thousands.

How did Stanford Newman discover tobacco? He was the first one to bring Cameroon Wrapper to America. It all started in 1961, when about 10 large factories, were residing in Tampa and was involved in the manufacturing of the best quality Cuban Cigars, which were made of the best combinations of wrapper, binder and filter. Stanford found great samples of these and he made great relationships with the people of Holland (who knew more about the type of tobaccos and the cigar-loving communities). The wrapper looked exactly like a Cuban wrapper, but it was very costly. The embargo had really affected most of the cigar cities and the owners were really afraid of falling into debts. This would almost ruin the family.

At the company, who is leading the most top brands? Different team works for different sections. For example, new cigars are being produced at a cigar factory in Pensa and they are being tested, by the expert panel.
