Remarks:
According to different working conditions and joint types, the torque range of the impulse tools may vary comparing to the actual torque range tested in the lab. Therefore, we recommend testing the impulse tool you choose in the practical working station before real work to make sure if this tool can literally reach the desired torque. The following guides would help you choose the most suitable tool for your work.
1.Hard Joint Applications:
The shut off impulse tools normally reach 85% of the maximum torque listed in the Torque Range List. The non shut off impulse tools normally reach 95% of the maximum torque listed in the Torque Range List.
2.Soft Joint Applications:
The shut off impulse tools normally reach 70% of the maximum torque listed in the Torque Range List. The non shut off impulse tools normally reach 90% of the maximum torque listed in the Torque Range List
3. All tools are tested in Tranmax labtory and the all torques are measured by the precise
testers at a dynamic airpressure of 5 and 6 kg/cm2.All torques are for a guidance only. The numbers may vary in case of using lower air pressure and some possible accessories.
