• The ratchet improves efficiency. These wrenches are well suited for repetitive work. • By replacing the sockets , various sizes af fasteners can be tightened within the
tool's capacity range.
• By reversing the ratchet, the wrench can be used to loosen fasteners counter-clokwise. • Tightening to a torque setting can only be done clockwise. • Accuracy : ±3% of indicated value over the full range. Loc k screw

(1) Loosen the lock screw. (See Fig. 1) (2) Turn the sub-scale and adjust to a torque value . (the main scale plus the subscale) (See Fig .2) (3) Tighten the lock screw. (If the lock screw hits the pin before comp letely tighten ing , then change the position of the pin)

• 4200LCK... 14000LCK (1) When applicabl e, mount the extension bar snugly all the way onto the body of the wrench. Set torque value: 50+2=52kgf.m
(2) With the extension bar mounted (See Fig.3), insert the hexag onal end of the adju sting box wre nch.

Mount the replaceable head attac hment onto the wrench's drive.
Engag e the attachment snugly o nto the fastener to be tightened.
Pull the wren ch handle in the proper direction.
N ote :
The hollow grip pivots on point A .
While tightening , all of the force should go through point A.
Be careful not to allow the front or rear insid e lips of the grip to
touch the main sha ft of the tool while tightening (points 1, 2) .
If you tighten with the inside lip of the grip contacting the tool
shaft, then the indi cated torque value will be wrong .
Torque is indi cated by the arrow above the indicator plate face .
