For one motor, it needs
3-8 sensors.
But, the sensors are the consumable parts, easy to be broken and not suitable
for high temperature working condition. Once one sensor is broken, a whole set of motor should be replaced; besides, motor bearings are the consumable parts. In case of the bearing can not disassemble, then, it is necessary to renew the whole motor. In general, it costs high to use Hall Sensor Motor for material. 2 ). CONOS：NON SENSOR brushless motor. Merits: To avoid the defects of HALL SENSOR, it is good for long lasting performance. Defects: It needs high-technique and complicated production process. So, the application is not in the wide range. Bearing is the only consumable part. (While Motor is running, it needs bearings as the balance for the high speed running. Whatever the material of motor is carbon brush, metal brush or brushless, there will be the broken problem of bearing) .
