Vehicles Circulation

Pedestrain Circulation

C o n c l u s i o n : The only entrance to the project is from the garage side, which may be crowded often

C o n c l u s i o n : From pedestrian traffic, we conclude that the neighborhoods of the site may crowd at certain times, and this leads to slow movement of pedestrians and cars upon reaching the entrance to the main project

Climate Analysis

Shade and shadow

C o n c l u s i o n : Northwest winds blow on the site, which can be taken advantage of by opening windows and directing the block to the north

C o n c l u s i o n : From analyzing the shade, we find that the site is exposed to sunlight all day long, as the neighborhoods do not give shade on the site.

S

Strangth 1-The project site near the river provides a beautiful and attractive view 2-Site slope gives design flexibility and good strength point

Weakness

W

1-There’s a car parking lot right next to the site which can also be an effective source of noise. 2-Lack of green areas on the site

O T

Opprtunties 1-Place the entrance from the side of the garage to provide easy access 2-The adjacent buildings are mostly recreational and in harmony with the function of the building

Threat 1-The project site is adjacent to the bridge, making it difficult to reach 2-The croeds that may occur in the garage can cause difficulty in accessing the site

Problems cheklest

The location makes the building under the influence of sunlight all day long, which raises the temperature of the building The movement of the sun gives the western façade (the best view) the sunset rays, which are an unwanted rays Water levels rise and fall in summer and winter

Putting sunblocks from the sunset and south side to reduce direct sunlight entry, or rotating the building to the north side

presence of the bridge directly next to the site, which causes privacy problems and problems on the front facing the bridge

Lifting the blocks facing the bridge and removing areas that need privacy from the bridge, such as the swimming pool and its accessories

Avoid opening many windows from the western façade to reduce the temperature of the building, and opening windows from the north side Raise the area near the river or add a terrace to get rid of the rising river, insects and river plants

cut this section to direct the view towards the river and get more privacy

Pushing this part of the block provides better identification of the main interance, as well as other processors

7-Sky light

8-Ventilation and shade

Skylight opening to the gym provides more natural lighting, as well as for the swimming pool

Add solar breakers to reduce the intensity of the sun coming from the south and repeat these breakers by mass to provide unity with the design
