Welcome to Fauquier Springs Country Club THE SITE Fauquier Springs is nestled on the banks of the Rappahannock River, 45 miles west of Washington, D.C. in Warrenton, Virginia. The club’s mountain views, hilltop gazebo and 30,000 square foot clubhouse provide the perfect setting for your fairytale wedding. Our elegant Victorian staircase welcomes you as you enter the foyer. Upstairs, our Grand Ballroom’s terrace overlooks the beautifully manicured golf course. The ballroom can accommodate 60-250 guests and offers an impressive 30’ x 30’ dance floor. Our smaller banquet hall, the Springs Room, is ideal for smaller weddings and rehearsal dinners of up to 60 guests. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a grand affair, Fauquier Springs is the perfect fullservice choice. Our wedding packages are designed to meet your standards and can be customized to fulfill your requests. Services are available to all brides, as membership to this private country club is not required to host an event. THE HISTORY Founded in 1957, the club occupies the site of the famous historic Fauquier White Sulphur Springs Resort dating back to pre-Civil War days. In the mid-1830’s, with its long history of acclaim for the waters, two large hotels and a number of cottages were built to accommodate nearly a thousand guests. The spa was solace to many renowned guests, including Presidents Madison and Monroe who owned cottages, as well as Chief Justice John Marshall, President Martin Van Buren, and Mrs. Henry Clay who all visited the Springs.
OUTDOOR CEREMONY The Hilltop Gazebo is a recent addition to the country club grounds. Completed in May 2010, the gazebo is a replica of a historic gazebo that had been on the property since the early 1800’s. This site offers a picturesque setting for your outdoor wedding ceremony. The rental cost for a one hour outdoor ceremony is $650 which includes up to 125 white padded folding chairs. Additional chairs may be rented for a fee of $3.50 per chair, plus a $75 delivery fee.
INDOOR CEREMONY The grand ballroom offers ample space for an elegant wedding ceremony to suit your personal style. Our gold chivari chairs line the dance floor in a cathedral setting. The reception tables are pre-set and hidden from view behind two large wings on either side of the ceremony site. After the ceremony, the ballroom is transformed for your reception while guests enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The one hour rental cost for an indoor ceremony is $400 which includes the setup of all chairs.
RECEPTIONS Reception rental costs include all tables, white or ivory linen tablecloths, napkins, china, glassware, and gold chivari chairs. Specialty linen and table centerpieces may be arranged for an additional charge. Prices are based on a four hour event.*

BANQUET AND CATERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Springs Club’s services are available to everyone. Membership to the club is not required. SERVICE CHARGE: A 22% service charge is added to all rental fees, food and beverage costs. This service charge includes standard staffing charges including setup, food service, beverage service and clean up of your event. State sales tax of 5% is added to the total cost. OUTSIDE FOOD: Primarily for liability purposes, outside food or beverages are not permitted on Club property. Wedding cakes, when prepared by a licensed baker, are permitted. MENU PRICES: Prices for all menus are per person unless otherwise specified. There is no additional charge for cake cutting, and a champagne toast is included with all hosted alcoholic bar packages. Our carefully prepared menus and beverage selections will help make your wedding planning easy. However, our event staff can offer additional information or suggestions should you desire customized services. CONFIRMING A FUNCTION: At the time of booking any function, a banquet proposal is sent which outlines the basic requirements of your group and the agreed upon arrangements. Once the client has signed the proposal, it becomes a contract. A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking ($1,200 for groups under 200 in size; $2,000 and up for larger parties). An additional payment of 25% of the anticipated total payment is due 90 days prior to your event. GUARANTEE: You are required to confirm the final minimum guest count within ten days prior to your event. At this point, a final invoice will be prepared. The balance is due within three days of receipt of the bill.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND OPTIONS EVENT ASSISTANCE: As part of your wedding package, Fauquier Springs provides an event supervisor who will oversee the basic setup and coordination of your wedding reception. Should you require additional assistance with the finer details, such as assembling centerpieces, setting up place cards, and coordinating the wedding ceremony, we offer an Event Assistant at a rate of $75 per hour with a three hour minimum. CENTERPIECE OPTIONS: Fauquier Springs offers a set of three tiered cylinders with floating candles on a mirror tile, surrounded by votive candles, at a rate of $12 per table. Another option, recommended to accent your floral centerpiece arrangements, is a set of three votive candles and a mirror tile for a fee of $2.50 per table. COLORED NAPKINS: Basic white or ivory napkins are included in our room rentals. If you would like to rent colored napkins, the fee is $1.25 per guest. Please ask the Banquet Director for color selections. SPECIALTY LINEN: Please inquire with the banquet director regarding specialty linen pricing.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS Fauquier Springs Country Club, 9236 Tournament Drive, Warrenton, VA 20186 From Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia 66 West to 29 South towards Gainesville (Exit 43A). Be careful as you approach Warrenton–29 will split (Outback Restaurant and car dealership on your left). Stay to the left. Continue on Rt 29 for approximately 7 miles. Turn right at stoplight onto Opal Road (Sheetz and McDonalds on corners). Follow Opal Road until it ends (4.5 miles). Turn right onto Springs Road. The Country Club will be .25 miles on the left. From Route 29 South (Charlottesville/Culpeper) Take Route 29 North. Turn left at the stoplight for Opal Road and follow Opal Road until it ends after approximately 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Springs Road (Route 802). Continue 0.25 mile to the Country Club on the left.
