I have learnt to cook a typical dish from the North of Spain It’s called "Cocido Montañés" and it includes, beans, cabbage, potatoes, black pudding, bacon….

Oh! That’s a lot of calories! Yeah! Eat it today, be on diet tomorrow!

Why do you think that that food is better than traditional food? I believe you don´t eat a balanced diet because you don´t eat any proteins, carbohydrates and they are necessary for your body.

In my opinion, it´s important to eat all kinds of food but in a moderated measure and also if you do exercise, you´ll improve your health.
