Implement EF language test directive

These are all related tickets. We have been working with EF for while to integrate their English test into OP/EXPA. The test will allow users to take EFSET language widget an English test in order to validate and give more frontend credibility to their profiles. The test will be at first only available in English, in the future we might look into adding different languages English Test If a company has opportunities on draft or no opportunities and add someone to Watch List.

The person is only selected to the watch list, but nothing happens.

Additional Information: You might have noticed that the system was quite slower than usual over the past week. We are currently working on 2 things to improve the infrastructure of the system: Refracting the API (taking a look on the composition and how it is structured to see if code lines can be improved

or made more efficiently) and also reviewing the Elastic Search, which is the engine we use to return search results, to see what can be improved in there.

You will also notice that we changed on OP the landing page from .gif to still images. This came as a response to the slow loading time of the page in the past week. Now we are working on a alternative look for OP’s landing page (something like Airbnb, yes, we copy with pride :D ) System Information: I thought it could be interesting for you guys to see the numbers behind the system. Let me know if you think I could add some extra information in there as well.
