Job Description for: User Experience Researcher Fors Marsh Group LLC (FMG) is an applied research firm located in Northern Virginia. FMG is seeking an experienced, intelligent, and motivated user experience researcher to support and expand FMG’s UX capabilities across private and public clients. This individual’s primary responsibility will be to support user experience research efforts aimed at modeling and evaluating complex human decision processes. Some current and upcoming projects include: Responsibilities include: Assist with the development, execution, and interpretation of UX research. Prepare written reports and professional briefings that summarize research findings. Interface with clients to understand their needs, respond to requests, and communicate in a clear and concise manner. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research questions based on analysis of current knowledge, project goals and risks. Coordinate with and support clients and vendors. Work under tight deadlines to fulfill client requests.
