Rules and regulations governing rental of selling or exhibit booth space: 1. Booth space is 3m wide, 3m deep and with a basic lighting fixture and electrical outlet. Other items (tables and chairs, racks, posters, etc…) will be provided for by exhibitor. Space comes with basic tent only. 2. Wet and dry goods can be sold or displayed including but not limited to the following: souvenir items, fruits, vegetables, fertilizers, feeds, farm equipments, accessories, bags, handicrafts, etc… All items to be sold or displayed should be safe and not pose any harm or danger to exhibit goers. For items containing potentially hazardous chemicals, exhibitor will have to declare such items and apply for clearance from ORGANIZER if items can be sold or displayed. 3. All aisle space belongs to the organizer. No exhibit or advertising will be allowed to extend beyond space assigned to the exhibitor 4. All exhibitors will be allowed to set-up on January 21, 2010 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. All booths should be clean, organized and ready by 5:00 pm of January 21, 2010 for the formal opening and ribbon cutting. 5. All items of exhibitor will be their own responsibility. No boxes, crates or other items should litter outside the booth space and should be stored properly. A secured stockroom within the Municipal Hall will be provided subject to restrictions in size and value of stocks to be allowed for storage. Security will also be provided around the exhibit area to maintain peace and order among exhibit goers. 6. Exhibitors are responsible for all items or goods displayed and stored in the respective booths. It is expressly understood that the exhibitor will not claim any kind against ORGANIZER for any loss, damage, or destruction of goods. 7. Exhibitor will not be allowed to dismantle any portion of their exhibit between 5:00 pm – 1:00 am to show courtesy to those attending the Trade exhibit and to neighboring exhibitors. 8. Exhibitors will also be allowed to use additional sounds & lights as long as it does not disrupt the activities of neighboring exhibitors. 9. Exhibitor will also be given the opportunity to do a product presentation, briefing, games, raffle, sales pitch, or any other gimmicks at the stage area of the tiangge from January 21-24, 2010 subject to approval of ORGANIZER. Scheduling will be on a first come, first served basis as well. 10. Exhibitors are responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness inside and the area directly fronting the booth. Garbage bags will be provided daily to each booth. 11. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Only completed signed contract, accompanied by payment in full will be considered for booth assignment. 12. Deadline for application and payment of selling booth space will be on January 20, 2010. 13. Non-compliance to rules and regulations will be grounds for termination of exhibit and forfeiture of paid fees.
