Booth space is 3m wide, 3m deep in height with tent, basic lighting fixture and electrical outlet. Other items (tables and chairs, racks, posters, etc…) will be provided for by exhibitor. With additional 3m x 3m area fronting booth as assigned dining area. Tenant shall be responsible for the tables, chairs and cooking equipments to be used as well as additional decorations to dress up the food stall (running lights, signage, etc…). Tenant is responsible for the quality and the cleanliness of the food to be served. ORGANIZER will not be held liable for any complaint received for the duration of the Food Festival. Tenant can sell any type of food and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed) BUT will have to give exclusive selling privilege to sponsor Brands with competitive lock-out upon confirmation of ORGANIZER. To minimize danger, bottles are discouraged and use of plastic cups for soft drinks or beer is required. Styro or paper plates and plastic utensils (fork and spoon) are also to be used to serve food. For barbecues or grilled food, sharp sticks should be removed upon serving of orders. All tenants will be allowed to set-up on January 21, 2010 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. All booths should be clean, organized and ready by 5:00 pm of January 21, 2009 for the formal opening and ribbon cutting. Food stalls can be open anytime within the day (tenant’s option) but all stalls shall be open by 5:00 pm – 1:00 am daily. All items of tenant will be their own responsibility. No boxes, crates or other items should litter outside the booth space and should be stored properly. A secured stockroom within the Municipal Hall will be provided subject to restrictions in size and value of stocks to be allowed for storage. Tenants will be given a maximum of 5 valid Food Fest IDs to serve as free entrance during all nightly events. In excess, tenant will have to purchase general admission tickets for additional people during nightly events. Tenants are responsible for all items or goods displayed and stored in the respective booths. It is expressly understood that the exhibitor will not claim against ORGANIZER for any loss, damage, or destruction of goods. Tenant will not be allowed to dismantle any portion of their exhibit between 5:00 pm – 1:00 am to show courtesy to those attending the Tiangge and to neighboring exhibitors. Tenants are responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness inside and the area directly fronting the booth. Garbage bags will be provided daily to each food booth. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Only completed signed contract, accompanied by payment in full will be considered for booth assignment. Deadline for application and payment of selling booth space will be on January 20, 2010. Non-compliance to rules and regulations will be grounds for termination of exhibit and forfeiture of paid fees. BOOTH LOCATION AND RENTAL FEES
