groups or to support discovery training. The use of tools in the different parts of this Handbook is the first step to see our situation from a different angle. The second step is to experiment what we have learnt in the first step. If not, this won’t have any effect, consequences on our life.
Each part can be explored separately or simultaneously and in any order you wish. Let us be guided by our intuition. Don’t hesitate to make connections, links between the different parts. Also, don’t hesitate to share our reflections, outcomes, learnings with other trusted people. In each part, a notepad is provided to gather our reflections.

ORGANIZED ANARCHY Power balance
3rd step
We must evaluate the power balance between us and the other parties (see page 60) Do we have resources (money, skills, power, etc) that other parties crave after or do we wish for resources we don’t have? (see page 44). In other words, do we have resources that protect us and give us strength ? With this in mind, we can evaluate the power balance between us and the other parties. Other parties are rarely on an equal footing with regards to power.
