RESEARCH PROPOSAL & CONTEXTUAL RELEVANCE
Green Idea is a blog that thinking about how can we solve a global warming problem. Green Idea blog is focusing on deforestation problem as this is the main cause of global warming. The main purpose of Green Idea campaign is to gain people to help stop deforestation, joining the campaign and giving people an information about causes and effects of global warming and how to solve the problem. Green idea just want people to be aware of the global warming and to let people be apart of saving the forest by planting trees and care more about earth. Deforestation cause is effect to animal, human, and earth straight away. Deforestation can destroy natural balance and this is may cause of severe natural disasters such as; increased risk of drought, fire, and floods, effect to animal habitat. This is why I think this campaign is very important and deforestation is really need to slowly decrease and stop.
METHODOLOGIES
- Online survey : How much you care? How much you care survey question is an online survey, asking about people daily life BUT all the questions will be about world, temperatures which is related to global warming. - Inspiration : Research and Reserch! Keep looking on creative design artwork such as poster and video that related to global warming and deforestation topic THEN start making one. - On paper : Quick Sketching Make a plan about what to make people feel the same way as me, list them down on deforestation topic THEN start on quick sketching design and present to people for a recommendation. - On computer : Illustrator&After effect After sketching then start making on Illustrato and after that slowly working on after effect THEN doing a test. - Post on Youtube and download on my blog.

This stop motion is very short as this is a GIF file but I can feel about cut and flood after I saw this GIF which is can mean if we not stop deforestation this is can be a main cause of world flood.. 3. PROGESS TO DATE ARTWORK PLAN & DESIGN
For Deforestation campaign this semester, what I’m plaining to do is 10-15seconds Stop-motion video to upload on Youtube and post them on this Green idea blog. So the style of design is going to be a comic cartoon style. As I want my design to be present as not boring advertise campaign so I want something colourful, motion graphic, not too long and not too short, easy to under stand the point of design. Which is my target audiences are all age so I want my design is interesting for kid – adult age. From my own opinion, I think we have to cultivate the realisation and make they know about the real cause and effect of deforestation and understanding the key point of the presentation after watching it. So the main key of design is going to be; Fun, Colourful, 10-15seconds as it’s not too long and too short, interesting, and target audience can understand the campaign.

Here is sketching drawing version of design and some of not finish Illustrator artwork which is draw from the sketching. Story timeline; - World start with Tree and clean air. - The saw come in a flame - The saw start cutting tree down. - Now only stumps left Stumps change to building. - The town got a very bad pollution in the air and very hot temperature. - It heat the world up and start melt down the polar ice. - the polar ice all melt down and the world got nothing left but flood.
REFLECTIVE PROCESS
WHAT HAS BEEN RESOLVED? The design of artwork have change a lot from last semester, as before I was plan to make a normal poster but now I have been looking more on other people artwork and find out that stop motion is very interesting and it is not boring. So, I changed my mind from design a poster to a fun stop motion because I think I want my video can get into all of audiences age from kid to adult, so my stop motion will be based on cartoon and only 10-15 seconds. WHAT NEEDS TO BE REFINED, AND HOW WILL YOU RESOLVE? As I already came up with stop motion idea, what I need more is an intended message to let people know what I want they to feel and do and understand the concept of this campaign more by a short sentence, not like a description but very nice sentence. So, the way to resolve this problem I might have to look up more on other artwork to get an inspiration.

This is my short video graphic that I have been created for make it easy to understand to all ages. I decided to created my artwork as a cartoon and also have a very short description in each scene to make it more very easy to understand. As I am an international student, I think the way I used artwork and short easy description together will make the story easier to understand also for kids and international audiences.
