Merimbula is a stunning coastal town boasting pristine beaches, breathtaking forests and local seafood, including oysters and mussels.
The five beaches of Merimbula Surf at Merimbula and Short Point Beaches. Snorkel at Bar Beach with its calm clear waters and abundant aquatic life. Middle Beach is great for the up-andcoming surfer and Spencer Park Beach, shallow, clear and waveless, is popular for families.
Tura Beach
The avid photographer can’t go past Tura Beach, boasting spectacular views of the Sapphire Coast. Mitchies Jetty, an icon of Merimbula, comes complete with a picturesque weatherboard boatshed. The calm waters are just perfect for child’s play.
Fishing
Tura Beach and Merimbula Bay are some of the best fishing locations, producing some of the best Flathead and Gummy Sharks on the NSW Coast.
