RECEPTION HOURS:
Reception is open from 8.30am-7pm Monday-Saturday, and 9am–5pm on Sunday. If you need to speak to someone after hours or in an emergency, please call 02 6360 0973 and press 2.
INTERNET ACCESS:
Guests have Wi-Fi access, our Reception Team will provide login details.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
Serviced daily each morning. Please use our do not disturb/make up room signs or contact Reception.
BUILDING ACCESS:
Always keep your room key with you. When the lobby doors are locked, please enter through one of the glass doors off the car park using your key.
ROOM KEYS:
Please return your key to Reception on departure. If you are departing outside Reception hours please place your key in the return key box, located on the wall to the left of the Reception glass doors.
Should you lose or fail to return your key, a replacement fee of $150 per key will be charged.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING:
Electric vehicle charging is available to our guests. Please ask at Reception for details.
NO SMOKING POLICY:
Please respect that the de Russie Boutique Hotel applies a NON SMOKING POLICY across the property.
We may need to apply a $250 cleaning fee to guests who are found to be smoking in a room or anywhere on the grounds, including balconies, car parks and driveways.
NOISE AND PARTY POLICY:
We have a strict ‘no party and no excessive noise’ policy that will be enforced at all times. Please respect your fellow guests by limiting your noise at all times especially after 10pm. Guests found partying or creating excessive noise will be evicted without a refund and without warning.
DAY OF DEPARTURE:
Our check out time is 10am. Later check out can be arranged the night before your departure, subject to availability. Please ask at Reception for details.
