Stay AIR CONDITIONING Your apartment is equipped with a Daikin air-conditioning system, which needs to be manually turned on or off from the individual panel located close to the entrance of your apartment. Please consider the environment when using your air-conditioner and turn it off when you leave your apartment. We recommend a low cooling operation 25 degrees (environmentally-friendly). Our housekeeping team, when accessing your apartment, will automatically set it back to this temperature setting. Please find operating instructions for your air-conditioner on your air-conditioner panel. RECEPTION Open 8.30am to 6pm. The phone line is attended 24/7 for urgent enquiries outside the above hours. For arrival outside of opening hours our reception team will email access details. For early departures, there is a key dropbox at Reception. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
