There is much to see and experience during your stay. You will find a compendium in your room providing you with a directory to help you find your way around the resort and make your holiday one to remember. It is our aim to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance from our friendly staff or notify us of any problems you encounter.

Accessing your apartment

Your grey electronic fob is your apartment door key and also allows after-hours access to the building, including the lift from the basement. The large silver key will open the guest laundry located in the basement. Our property is secure and you need to carry your keys with you at all times.

Please do not get the fob wet as this will damage it. In the event of loss or damage, a replacement cost will be charged.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is free, with unlimited downloads and devices. To access the complimentary Wi-Fi please log into the following network.

Reception

Reception hours are Monday to Friday 8am–7pm and Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 8am–4pm.

Swimming pool and beach

Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available from reception for your use during your stay. Beach/pool towels are provided in your room and will be replaced during your daily service if required. We have branded beach bags available at reception if you wish to purchase one for your stay.

Access to our pool, spa and the beach is via the glass door near the guest lounge on level 1. Please note the pool facilities are for in-house guests only.

Helpful Information:

Housekeeping

We are a small boutique resort, housekeeping are only onsite from approximately 9am to 4pm daily. Your room will be serviced daily. This includes making your bed, replacing all towels (if required) and removal of rubbish. For stays of 5 nights or longer, a full linen change will be provided. Please use the Service/Do Not Disturb signs hanging on the back of the door as needed.

(Please note, bottled water and UHT milk are provided on your arrival, they are not replenished during your daily room service). Hastings Street Supermarket is located downstairs for your convenience.

Air-conditioning

When operating your air conditioning units, please ensure to close all doors and windows. The units operate most effectively on 23 degrees.

Non-Smoking Policy

We wish to advise that the Apartment and Common Areas of the property are smoke free for the comfort of all guests this includes balcony and rooftop areas. Please note, should smoking be detected in your room there will be an excess cleaning charge of $1500.
