There is much to see and experience during your stay. You will find a compendium in your room providing you with a directory to help you find your way around the resort and make your holiday one to remember. It is our aim to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance from our friendly staff or notify us of any problems you encounter.
Accessing your apartment
Your white keycard is your apartment door key and also allows after-hours access to the building, including entry into our carpark. To open your apartment front door, please hold the keycard against the black box in front of your room as well as other doors around the building. Your keycard will give you access to the guest laundries, entry to reception, the carpark, the side access gate and beach access gate as well as the stairwell. Our property is secure and you need to carry your keys with you at all times.
Please do not get the key wet as this will damage it. In the event of loss or damage, a replacement cost will be charged.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is free, with unlimited downloads and devices. To access the complimentary Wi-Fi please log into the following network.

Reception hours are Monday to Sunday 7am–7pm.
