Global Day Of Beauty International Spotlight: Mary Kay Russia 09-29-2017 Mary Kay Russia is proud to participate in Mary Kay's global annual initiative Global Day of Beauty and has supported the World Children’s Winners’ Games since its inception in 2010. The Winners’ Games brings together children who have recovered from childhood cancer in a sports event. Organized by Gift of Life Foundation, this international event brings hope to these children by encouraging their competitive spirit. It also allows these children to feel a sense of accomplishment, not just in winning, but also in taking part of a competition. More than 500 children from 15 countries participated in the Winners’ Games from June 2-4 in Moscow. As Mary Kay Russia helps in giving hope to these brave children by sponsoring the Winners’ Games, we also consider their mothers and the Gift of Life Foundation volunteers. Through Mary Kay Global Day of Beauty, we arranged a makeover experience for the participating children’s mothers and the female volunteers of the foundation. Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants also helped in pampering these extraordinary women. Special gifts to the parents of the winners were also presented. To recognize these courageous children and remarkable women, we promoted this story on Facebook, Instagramand on our website. Our mission at Mary Kay is to enrich women’s lives. By taking part in the Winner’s Games, we catered to both women and children in 15 countries. We are extremely honored to contribute to this very rewarding cause and to continue the far-reaching legacy of Global Day of Beauty.
