JANUARY Download, print and use this chart to track your progress (well done)

FEBRUARY Lay the groundwork: optimize your online donation form for frictionless giving

MARCH Take to social media: call on supporters to spread the word about your mission

Determine yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly goals (feel free to add your own items next to the open check boxes)

Get personal: send a handwritten letter to loyal donors letting them know what’s to come for the year

Feedback and facetime: talk with your donors to see what they expect from your organization

Keep in communication: plan an email marketing campaign, email blast or e-newsletter

NOVEMBER Giving day do’s: craft a compelling message to use for #GivingTuesday on November 28

JUNE Halfway point! Use this time to evaluate what’s working, what isn’t and what you should do next

SEPTEMBER Phone it in: call up supporters and thank them for being a driving force for your missions success

DECEMBER Direct mail is not dead: create a direct mail appeal with specific ask
