After a professional career that spanned over fifteen years in telecommunications corporations including Ericsson, IBV, Nefinsa and Euskatel, Jorge became an entrepreneur and in 2006 joined Xupera, a company dedicated to UX, Customer and Citizen Experience Management. He founded ImproveChange.org to help organizations to IMPROVE CHANGE and SHARED VALUE in order to impact positively. Working on bridging Bilbao and Basque Country with the Global Shapers Community: a network of Hubs developed and led by young people who are exceptional in their potential, their achievements and their drive to make a contribution to their communities. The Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum managed independently and locally.
