Since early 20th century this business has evolved constantly until the main event that turned real estate industry into what it is today - the Internet. On the early 90’s this mega industry saw a gateway to achieve maximum exposure to endless customers. Websites and real estate listings flourished and the new model was established. In return of this easy way of driving new customers, the real estate customer changed the personal relation with the Real Estate company or broker traditionally consulted for its quality and trust. He became a self made consumer. In such a complex market the idea of a autonomous consumer is difficult to understand. How can a US resident know on which property to invest on a foreign country if he never been there? How can a doctor know if the construction quality is good or not? Imagine choosing properties to visit and potentially acquire from a set of photos and a description made by someone you don’t know? This is reality nowadays. The real estate customer satisfaction is a shot in the dark. Marketing strategies driven by a window of opportunity which the internet provided turned the real estate client into a "self-made consumer" in a market where it could never happen before due to it’s unique complexity. Established mechanisms are hard to change on a hundred trillion dollar industry but if there is a way of getting a better customer experience ensured by the best global professionals and at the same time help to build a better world, why not give it a try. In 5 months of testing the DRS model passed the break even point generating an interesting income and spread thru all continents in a viral mode without any aggressive marketing campaign with an amazing user registration number worldwide.
In January 2017 the founding team decided to hold operations and really take it to the next level. Use the DRS model to create the future. All the mechanism philosophy made even more sense if we used top of the edge technology discovered on the several events we attended. The result was the launch of REEVO App in May 2017.
2017 - The Dynamic Referral System evolved into REEVO Platform. The app closed the circle and exponentiated not only the number of registered users but alo the number and quality of real estate leads from all around the world. The US Embassy in Portugal quickly noticed the potential of the REEVO platform and invited us to attend the SelectUSA Investment Summit 2017 in Washington DC, where we had the chance to present the model to the world and enlarge our Elite Selection member network.
United Estates of America embraced this new idea in such a way that we opened our headquarters in Houston and been growing ever since. Now, in September 2017 we are relaunching the model under the REEVO brand. REEVO stands for Real Estate Evolution, and it really is.

Short Term Accommodation – this is for international clients who need accommodations while visiting properties world wide. This service is outsourced by Hotels and short term rental companies, from which DRS receives a referral fee.
