You mention you made a subscription from pricing page but you didn't mention you made other subscriptions before. Once the owner is assigned it never changes. We had problems in the past because the owner changed after each subscription and Christian requested not to change the owner once it is assigned. Then, not bug at all. T3: Wise Magazine Mailchimp: The magazine sign up does not show in Mailchimp

Flow Chart: In flow chart it says that the sign up is listed on the UK list in Mailchimp even though I signed up via the DK website, and I can’t find the sign up on the UK list in Mailchimp

Flowchart image has been modified. Error in MailChimp subscription has been fixed. The problem occurred when email contains uppercase characters.

T4: Contact added manually in CRM Added a test contact manually in CRM. It does not appear in ‘Owner reassignment’, it appears in ‘CRM contact person subscription log’ Mailchimp: It appears in mailchimp, but it does not show all the information added through CRM Flow Chart: Can’t check the flow chart, as it does not appear in ‘owner reassingment’


NOT a bug Owner reassignment module + flowcharts are only for subscriptions made from websites, not for contacts created directly inside CRM system. It appears in MailChimp because the contact person is registered automatically after creating the contact in CRM. Editing the contact, new contact person can be added and subscriptions modified.

T5: Edited in CRM Mailchimp: Changed email and name of the test contact. The previous contact email was marked as unsubscribed in mailchimp. The changes appears correctly Flow Chart: Does not show in owner reassignment, only in ‘contact person sub log’, where it appears correctly

T8: Wise Magazine The magazine is downloaded directly from the relationwise.com, and will not provide any leads to the system. Fixed: URL in link to magazine in main page of COM site was incorrect, I modified the URL


T9: Others (DESIGN ISSUES) 1. Wrong language in ‘thank you message’ after signing up for a test account FIXED 2. The blue line is also an issue in the Danish thank message FIXED

3. Mistake in message after signing up for newsletter on the UK site. Change it to: ‘Thank you for subscribing. You will now be kept updated :)’ DONE

4. Maybe it would be an idea to have the new added contacts in ‘CRM sub log’ so they also appear on the ‘owner reassignment’ page. It provides a better overview if it is a full list and it is possible to see the flow chart for all contacts also those that are added manually through CRM???
