Brief Introduction

Sany Automobile Hoisting Machinery Co., Ltd. is a core branch of Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. With two factories (Sany Ningxiang and Sany Huzhou) which are engaged in the research, manufacturing and sales of mobile crane, crawler crane and tower crane. Currently its products can be grouped into 5 categories: truck crane, all terrain crane, rough terrain crane, crawler crane and tower crane. For the Mobile Cranes, the first thousand tonnage all terrain crane in Asia SAC12000 rolled off the production line in Sany Automobile Hoisting Machinery’ industrial park On March 3rd 2010, which marked China had entered the ranks of world class enterprises in the manufacturing and research of heavy-duty mobile cranes. For the Crawler Cranes, Sany Automobile Hoisting Machinery Co., Ltd. has earned customers’ trust through advanced technology, superior manufacturing, and reliable service since entering the market. From SCC4000 (No.1 in China), SCC9000 (No.1 in Asia) to SCC36000A (No.1 in the world), is leading the technology and product upgrade. For the Tower Cranes, SANY has entered this field since 2012 and dedicated to build a classical brand by the advanced technology and international standards. In the same year, SANY has cooperated with Palfinger (No.1 of Truck Mounted Crane) to manufacture Straight-boom and Knuckle-boom crane which promote the globalization of SANY rapidly.

Nov 6th, Sany Mobile Cranes’ new industrial park finished the first-phase project with a capacity of 5000 units per year.

March 3rd, Asia’s first thousand tonnage all terrain crane SAC12000 launched. July 2nd, Premier Wen Jiabao visited Sany mobile crane industrial park, he gladly unveiled SAC12000.

Social Responsibility Surpass Enterprise Profit In 2008, in confrontation against the 5·12 Earthquake in Wenchuan, SANY disaster rescue and relief team mainly composed of members from SANY Mobile Cranes was honored with the title of Construction Machines Creating Miracles, and top 10 outstanding voluntary service group of China appraised by the Central Committee of the Youth League and Chinese Young Volunteers Association. Sany participated in 2010 Chile’s trapped miner rescue and 2011 Japan Fukushima nuclear leakage crisis, winning more and more recognition and respect from worldwide.

There are two operation modes, working and assembly for your convenience. It features with electronic level gauge, machine-leaving stop action, and emergency electrical control, with complete set of safety and monitoring device. Load moment limiter is free of calibration, providing higher safety of the equipment, and less auxiliary operating time; slewing area limit device is optional, to improve the safety of the equipment; ●

Excellent Operating Performance

Maximum load regulation and electronicover-hydraulic controls ensure smooth micro-movement and stable operation. A real-time queried electronic load chart is provided, more conveniently and quickly; ●

Convenient Maintenance Access

It takes no more than 10min/person to adjust, no more than 30min/person for daily maintenance and no more than 2h/person to repair the machine. The complete set of fault self-diagnosis and inquiry system is configured, thus reducing the equipment handling time; GPS remote monitoring system is optional for easy maintenance and management. ●
