04 Centro Comunitario Union Urban Regeneration for Union de San Antonio, Jal.Mex. Thesis Studio Type: Urban Design Location: Union de San Antonio, Jalisco, Mexico Date: 2017 this project analyzes the deficiencies that union de san antonio has and attempts to solve some of the major issues that are preventing the adequate growth of the town. through the use of a strategic community center that will work as a catalyst; by providing diffrent activities and allocated spaces for the distinct age groups with in the community, the project will have continuous use through out the day and the entire year. through the implementation of a new community center along with urban interventions through out the town and the adjacent areas to the community center. this project facilitates community interaction and growth.

The outcome is a technology focused charter school that not only serves students but it also has the capability to host community events.

32 121 W 126TH STREET Two Family Residential Project for Harlem, New York WITH URBAN EDITION ARCHITECTURE Type: RESIDENTIAL Location: HARLEM, MANHATTAN, NEW YORK Date: 2018 the concept of this project was to utilize the restrictive narrow site efficiently while creating comfortable habitale spaces for the occupants. The project utlizes the restrictive site conditions as the main element that determines the interior circulation and program juxtaposition. The outcome is a two apartment dwelling that creates a unique living condition at each apartment, where tenats have the option of privacy or sharing common spaces all with in the same apartment. Upon design completion, a filing set was submitted to the New York City building department.

The large apartment was fully remodeled to include living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and three bedrooms.
