ABOUT ME Since my early works, my path has been marked with
the use of the most basic tools such as the free hand drawings and card models. Beside the use o technology, the advent of computer programs and programming languages updated my creative process. Does not matter the tools you choose to create, from the simple pencil sketch to the programming language only matter your will to innovate. My main motivation is to achieve new challenges using the creativity allied with a strong sense of resilience.

REHABILITATION The main intend of the following interventions was to create a rehabilitation program for a set of unused storeys on sell. This approach became determinant to control the integration of the new design with the cost control of materials and resources. The 3D visualization became a resolute layout to communicate these interventions to potential real state investors and fund managers oriented to building rehabilitation.

The conceptual intention is to transform the old installations into a new hostel for hunters, attending to specific conditions and rehabilitate existing constructive elements to achieve an adequate comfort level. Actions
Some of the main measures to be taken are rooftops improvement to avoid thermal losses, refurbishment of the interior areas, easy maintenance equipment.

FORUM BARREIRO (MALL/SHOPPING CENTRE) - SETÚBAL Opened in November 2008, the Forum Barreiro contributed to refresh the city centre with a commercial program, integration of public spaces with outdoor spaces and retail areas, foodcourt and cinemas. Relevant data: Shops and retail areas- 17.500sqm Parking vacant places: 700un. Budget: above 27M€. QUINTA DO LORDE (RESORT) - FUNCHAL Completed in 2012 and located on the edge of Madeira Island, Quinta do Lorde is a touristic resort which integrates a hotel, apartments, villas and recreational areas. The Hotel, with the rank of five-star, is provided with exclusive spa. This resort is part of a marina complex with capacity for 264 boats. Relevant data: Implantation area- 163.750m2 Full constructed area- 60.351m2 Green areas- 37.750m2 Budget: 38M€. Tasks: Inspection during the finishing phase and construction completion; examination of correct process of execution of the contract in accordance with technical and legal specifications.
TROIA DESIGN HOTEL (RESORT) - SETÚBAL This venture is located on the peninsula of Troia and comprises a design hotel with rooms and residential suites, as well as a casino, a theatre and conference centre. This contemporary 5-star resort, with magnificent views of the sea and the enigmatic Arrábida Mountain, assumes its loftiness by an exterior communicating facade through a lighting system. new office INDIA SEPTEMBER 2013 Briefing Preparation of a proposal for the new Noonic office headquarters in India, promoted by Desall crowsourcing platform (www.desall.org). Concept The main feature of this proposal is to create a continuous space without interruptions and partitions. Taking advantage of the best spatial relation of prefabricated boxes. Actions The structure is determined by a central axis where should be concentrated all the technical facilities and the control of indoor air flux. The furniture and storage systems make part of the interior space without closing it but delimiting the different functionalities. The relation of interior / exterior is made through the entries, where is placed a shadow system.

Briefing Preparation of a draft of five units of housing for the province of St Marc, Haiti, promoted by the NGO Action Archive (www.archiveglobal.org). Concept The competition consisted of the presentation of a framework for housing, mainly functional and sustainable, applying criteria of basic public health and family life that would enable the users to improve their lives. Actions • Use of ventilation criteria for interior spaces to prevent respiratory diseases or its propagation; • Constructive and functional solutions using a low budget with local materials; • Implementation of affordable space placed between the public domain and the private family areas.
