support and benefits to the Business. The pre implementation activities are largely over and VITESSE shall be implemented on the ground beginning this year. And RNTBCI IS & IT shall have a big role to play in the SE part expanded as Service Excellence. We shall be having more of the IS & IT activities to handle for the Alliance in the years to come – quantitatively and qualitatively. I shall utilize this newsletter editorial as an opportunity to again talk to you all about VITESSE and how we shall collectively succeed in that. I shall briefly mention it as the 3C approach. Through our renewed Commitment, renewed Conviction and renewed Confidence.
Renewed Commitment : Any additional challenging activity needs a renewed commitment to succeed. Being successful is nothing new to us. To meet every additional challenge successfully we need to renew our commitment. We are interested in doing more to the Business, but commitment goes beyond the interest. There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.
Rajupillai Vetrivel VICE PRESIDENT OF IS & IT
Renewed Conviction : Conviction is the next step to achieving the results after we are committed to a strategic vision. We all need to have the renewed conviction to keep improving our services to the business.
