Insights From The Videos •  The dropdown menu needs more organiza'on. –  Users wanted the “Capsule Story” separated from the products and called out as a product feature so as not to be as confusing. –  The “Camel Crush Products View All” link at the top of the menu needs a copy change to “View All Crush Products” to make clearer what they will be viewing. •  Users said that they felt like aesthe'cally, this looked like it could be another drop down menu in the current state and that there is a disconnect between the font casing from “Camel Crush Products” and “View all.”

Insights From The Videos •  Prototype A Naviga'on vs. B Naviga'on: Prototype A: Products Landing PageàIndividual Product Pages

Prototype B: Products Landing PageàProduct Family PagesàIndividual Product Pages –  Users did not fully understand why they were being brought to a product family page (i.e. “Switch Up” and “Refresh”). •  Users did not understand what the purpose of this page was. •  Users did not want to read all of the text on this page.

–  The users that preferred Prototype A to Prototype B (7 of 10) liked the efficiency of the naviga'on and quick access to detailed product informa'on. –  The users that preferred Prototype B to Prototype A (3 of 10) liked having the opportunity to learn more about the products than simply their flavor profile. –  Users that preferred Prototype A to Prototype B (7 of 10) felt that the addi'onal step was redundant with the informa'on it was providing. –  Users had difficulty naviga'ng back from the individual product pages to the product landing page. •  One user (with development experience) suggested crea'ng a bread crumb trail for users to see the difference between the pages and be able to navigate between them.

Insights From The WriMen Responses •  7 out of 10 users preferred to have a more direct path from the product landing page to the individual product pages. “I like the idea of the product family page but it seemed kind of redundant—confusing.” •  3 out of 10 user preferred the product family overview landing page located between the main product page and the individual product pages. “I like the family (b) but only if there is more indica'on of the fact that I am 3-‐2-‐1 levels deep. Depth in the current model is fairly confusing. I don’t understand where I am the way it is now. “

•  All users tested understood the basic differences between each product as well as the product feature.
