Introduction Every new year you identify resolutions and goals you want to accomplish, but life always gets in the way before you find the time to pursue them. Your big aspiration get pushed aside in favor of finishing your daily to-do list. This process never seems to end and your days are never quite free to pursue such lofty desires. That’s the bad news (past) here is the good news (present) - Yes you can achieve that dream of yours you always cherished. That dream you lost along the way. The desire to learn a new language, to record an album or anything under the sun. The Proplanner is designed to help you focus on what you think is important for your life. It simply helps you to schedule your tasks so that you can find enough time for better and exciting things that you’d like to pursue. Proplanner has the potential to do wonders in your life if you just spend 15 minutes every Sunday evening (yeah Sunday evening – when much of the developed world gives a collective groan :) to schedule your week. We just don’t want Proplanner to look like another diary or planner, but wanted it to be something very personal. Something which asked you questions. Something that you’d have fun using. And even more fun each time you opened it. It starts with the About me page in which you answer a few simple questions about yourself. This would take some time for you to reflect on who you really are – which is great place to start. Moving ahead take 15 minutes to complete the Time-line page. You get a chance to think on what you’d like to do for the next 1 year – 3 years – 10 years to a lifetime. Flipping ahead to the next page. Define your Vision for the year 2017. Generally we have a single vision which we try to fit into everything. The Vision page is designed to focus on various areas of your life that are important for you. We have listed a few common ones and left a few empty ones for you to fill. This is followed by the Keystone Habit - which is explained briefly in the subsequent page.
Coming to our flagship feature : The 30 Day Challenge – Here you commit 30 days of every month to learn something new. Designed to help you break down your goal into small achievable tasks. Moving forward to main page in the Planner, the week layout where the upper half of the page can be used to schedule and the lower half to take notes or journals. Finally, The object of this New Year is not that we should have a new year. It is that we should have a new soul. Unless we make New Year resolutions, We would make no resolutions. Unless we start afresh about things, we will certainly do nothing effective.�

Keystone Habit The most important habit is keystone habit, habit which has a positive cascading effects throughout your life. Keystone habit starts a process that over a period of time transform everything. Identifying Keystone Habits : To identify a Keystone habit one require selfreflection and self-awareness. Scratching the surface won’t do the trick. Lets start with Five Whys (Five Whys) It means that when searching for the reason, even after you have found one, do not stop. Ask why that was the case. And then ask why again. Keep asking until you have uncovered the true underlying causes. Example : You get back from work and find yourself screen-staring (mobile) all the while. Now might be a good time to start asking why this happens. This is how it might look. Because I am Bored
Why am I always screenstaring ?
Why am I bored in the first place ?
Because I am tired and have no energy to do anything else. Not being able to do anything interesting in that state, I get bored and start surfing on my phone.
Maybe because I do not sleep But why am I enough or maybe the workload so tired after is more or maybe because I don’t coming home ? workout. Why don’t I get enough sleep ?
Maybe I take my laptop and mobile phone to bed every evening. Then, I browse all those interesting sites that keep me up. And once I want to sleep, my brain is rushing at 100 mph.
“It could be that taking your laptop or mobile to bed is the real reason that spawns other destructive habits. Often it is the small decisions we make that have an enormous impact on our life.� Impact of Keystone Habits : The best example to showcase the effect of keystone habit is physical exercise. Starting to work out regularly is one of the best decisions we can ever make. The ripple effect is enormous. Exercise is a habit that does impact the whole life. Work out makes you receptive for other healthy lifestyle choices. People that exercise often pick up healthy eating habits, starting to sleep more and prioritize their lives more.
