It is such a responsibility and, I’m sure, the greatest experience of all. But now… It is time to look for the greatest leaders to share this experience with. It is time to build the team who will help AIESEC in Mexico shape the next generation of leaders. It is time to find the people who will DO its best to reach the AIESEC 2015 Vision. AIESEC in Mexico has 31 entities with over 1,700 members making over 1218 exchanges a year, and this year’s goal is to reach 2,146 experiences delivered.

A Member of AIESEC in Mexico is an opinion leader that reflects the beliefs of the youth because of his values.

3. benefits Scholarship

Housing

All full-time members get a monthly scholarship of 6,700 MXN (approx. 455 USD), always punctual and enough to cover all expenses. With this you are expected to cover breakfast and dinner on working days and weekend meals. If you buy groceries and cook by yourself, you could easily eat for 25 MXN in Mexico City. Other expenses involve going out, personal items and travel. Transportation is no problem since we walk 20 minutes from the flat to the office; public transportation is super cheap as well.

The MC Flat is located in Zona Rosa, next to Condesa and Roma neighborhoods, being 20 minutes walking from the office, it’s a nice and healthy walk to wake up in the morning. It has 4 bedrooms, 20 mbps internet, and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fridges, laundry room with washing and drying machines, nice living and dining rooms, and a killer view.

International Experience One International Experience (fee and flight) is covered for the Management Team (MCVP FNZ, MCVP BD, MCVP AD, MCVP MKT, and MCVP OD).

Rent of MC flat, utilities (gas, internet, water, phone, electricity, taxes, etc.), and basic home and cleaning supplies are covered by the MC Budget.


3. benefits MC Office

Food

Haruo Kano, Mexican Alumnus, hosts us since 2004. We have a fully equipped office, with any supply needed there. We have one large room on the third floor that can host up to 10 people. Home office will be an option for the next term, rotating among MC members. During Spring 2013 it was refurnished and remodeled. Nice, huh? Street food around the office is legendary.

All MC members have one full buffet meal chef-prepared provided in the office building with a different main course each day.

Travel Expenses

When doing LC coaching visits, all expenses will be covered (except for dinner and breakfast). Depending on your profiConferences le you’ll be allocated to one, two or three LCs within or outside Mexico City. This is a great opportunity to get involved We have 5 national conferences a year. All MC Members with the Mexican Culture. Very often, LCs pay for MC memareexpected to attend all national conferences with the fee bers to attend local events, so additional travel happens. and transportation covered by the MC Budget.


4. MC AIESEC in Mexico 15.16 General Information about MC in Mexico AIESEC in Mexico’s term officially starts on July 1st, 2015 and lasts until June 30th, 2016. Full participation for transition is mandatory starting on May 18th for MCVP OD, MCVP BD, MCVP AD, MCVP MKT, and MCVP F&L. Full participation for transition is mandatory starting on June 1st for any other position. The first scholarship will be given by the end of June, covering only one month of transition (June 1st until June 30th). MC requires full commitment as full-time job. Wor kload is from 40-50 hours a week; plus any extra event during the weekend.

5. application process General Information Deadline for Application Package on the 1st round is December the 30th, 2014 at 11:59 P.M. Mexico City Time (GMT-6). The Application will not be accepted AT ALL if: The Application Package is incomplete. The Application Package is sent out of deadline. The questions were not fully answered. The format of the documents is different to the one clearly stated.

Application Package 1. Application Form (Maximum 12 pages in PDF) 2. Video presenting yourself, your experience and main strategies (Maximum 4 minutes with video link in PDF). 3. Executive Summary of the Application (One page in PDF).

4. Endorsement letters (All in One PDF). a. One from previous or current Team Leader. b. One from previous or current Team Member. c. One from someone you led. d. Two from Partners, Alumni or any external (non-AIESECer) who endorses your customer orientation and professionalism (Only for MCVP BD, MCVP Alumni and Government, MCVP GIP Sales, MCVP AD). e. One from MC member or LCP from his/her entity of origin supporting the application (Only for Internationals). 5. English Proficiency Test (Minimum 500 TOEFL or its equivalent in PDF). 6. 6. Application Form Keep in mind You have all the contacts to make your research, please do so. Take into consideration the maximum number of pages including the cover, the format and design is free. The number of questions is rather small, so make an effort to go deep on them. Make sure that the questions are answered completely. Highlight the question, in any way, for better understanding. Questions can also be answered with drawings, tables, diagrams, graphs, etc. Text along, but good text, can be enough for the most part. Avoid phrases such as “increasing capacity”, “generating strategies”, “improving the systems” or alike. Be specific and detailed on the information given. Good grammar and spelling are indeed fundamental.

What would be your strategy to make sure S&S is implemented in all of the LCs in order to make sure NPS is relevant for AIESEC in México? 6. Analyze the new Customer Flow and indicate where AD is involved, then create a small strategy to implement so that the process between iGIP and AD is as smooth as possible. 7.
