Birdwatching and ornithological conservation complex, located at the Huerquehue National Park (Caburga, Chile). It offers a birdwatching point and a basic lodging service at the same place. It also creates a research facility for institutions concerned about the conservation of birds population. This project expects to attract tourists interested in a high quality birdwatching experience. This project was part of the 4th Chilean Design Biennial, within the academic selection.

Modulated bench for lawn This project is a modular bench system which composes a wide range of shapes over the lawn, keeping continuity with the grass layer. Crated to be used in public parks and green areas; it allows groups of people to gather in these places preventing grass degradation. This project was part of the 4th Chilean Design Biennial, within the academic selection.

2011 eXmus
Experimental music is a genre that explores music flexibility and innovation. It’s able to recompose other styles, searching for new configurations and feelings. The Exmus proyect is an experimental music studio that would be located in New York City, and it was created under the concepts of mixing and overlapping layers.

Sephora PopUp Store The main idea in this design is to guide the female customer throughout a product tour that allows her to discover a place where she can reveal and expose her hidden beauty by sampiling. This is possible by hiding and then exposing every different component of the discovering process through the Sephora store.

Cafetal Coffee Shop This project was about creating a coffee shop at the junction of two different buildings that are part of the actual Casino of Concepción. The main idea of this project was to use a remaining empty space ensconced in between two buildings with an opening to the sky allowing the night to enter and influence the mood. The bohemian ambiance of the coffee shop is achieved using modernist classic furniture and integrating shade with bright colours. It’s perfect for having a coffee, drinking cocktails and smoking whilst chilling out and socializing.
Bravo! Mobiliario & Productos Design Internship

Children’s Library Furniture for Fundación La Fuente This project was created during the design internship at the firm Bravo! The main idea was to create a system of furnitures that allows to set libreries in different elementay schools of Chile, easily, quickly and with a short budget. Within the pieces of fornitures designed we can find bookshelves, high and short tables, a desk, modular book containers, benches, stools, etc.
Experimental workshop about copper 5th year

Atacama Chair
This handcrafted chair was created in a experimental workshop which its main target was to explore new possibilities in the development of domestics objects using copper as their principal material. In this case, seat and back surfaces are made up from a single wooven fabric of thin films of copper, which gives it the necessary flexiblity for the body to adapt.
This chair was one of the 11 copper objects exhibited at the Salone Satellite in Milano, representing the Universidad del Desarrollo.

International Design Academy
Luxury Living Group invited a selected group of three designers (from Korea, France and Chile) to attend the first edition of the International Design Academy (IDA), because of the participation in the Salone Satellite at Milano in 2014. IDA was a two month trainee program focused in the understanding of the luxury design world. The program offered the above mentioned designers the freedom to select either; the development of an interior design or a product for luxury brands as Fendi, Bentley, Trussardi and Bugatti. The program offered also different business visits to cities like Rome, Milano, Venice, Tolentino and Paris, where these products are made or sold.

Bugatti Home Booth This project was a stand proposal for Bugatti Home at the Maison et Objet fair in Paris, where the brand’s first collection was launched. It was mandatory to consider having two cars (old+new), with three pieces of furniture made by Carlo Bugatti. The main idea was to face elements from the past and the future of the company using concepts of continuity and fluidity, keeping the mood and materials of Bugatti. Platforms were used to create a hierarchy between the shown elements and at the same time, to give the effect of curved volumes, as the Buggati family has always done in their cars, furniture and scultrures.

Fendi Puffs
In a very short workshop, the designer were asked to create a series of puff for Fendi Casa, considering the brand’s mood and the concepts, which were going to be prototiped by the company in order to let the designer understand the tecnical and conceptual boundaries of making a very simple piece of furniture.

Bentley Residence Concept This project is a conceptual proposal for Bentley Mountain Residences, to be located in the most luxurious skiing resort areas in the world such as Colorado, Quebec, France, Switzerland, etc. This project tries to reinterpretate the classic, neat and sophisticaded Bentley Gentleman style into the rustic and warm ambient of the traditional chalet.
Muelle Sur Congelados Branding and Showroom Concepción, Chile

Muelle Sur Congelados Showroom Muelle Sur is a frozen products store located in Concepción, Chile. The project was about creating a new corporate identity considering the reedition of the logo, website, business cards, bags and also showroom. One of the biggest challenges in this project was to transform one of the company’s freezing room (out of use) into a modern showroom.
41 King Charles Dr. Project Sovereign Islands Queensland, Australia

41 King Charles Drive This renovation project was made for the Fitzpatrick family which bought a new house in the Sovereign Islands, Queensland (AU), built in 1994. The project was about renovating the public areas of the house, doing small modifications to the stucture and using some of the existing materials but creating a brand new environment, more contemporary, warmer and enhancing the architectural features of the house. All the furniture, carpets and the upstairs flooring were replaced. The bathrooms were completely renovated as well. The project is under construction and it will be finished in december of 2015.
