The Winnsboro Municipal Court is offering a warrant amnesty program starting February 21, 2023 through May 21, 2023. Anyone with an active outstanding warrant through the court is encouraged to take this opportunity to save money and get a fresh start. Anyone that comes to the clerks office to take care of their outstanding warrants will not be arrested.

• All warrant fees will be removed ($50.00 savings per violation)

• Paying in full 20% off (fine only amount)
