The hotel (50 rooms) is situated in Suresnes, near to La Defese, Boulogne-Billancourt (end metro line 10) and Neuilly. Type of client: business. Screen shots to illustrate the current situation:
They kept the traditional way of contact: call or email and nothing else.
Booking via the hotel’s website and OTA s: Booking, Venere, Tripadvisor, Hotelsclick, Fastbooking, Rumbo, Cybevasion..etc.
To sum up, on these screen shots, we can see that the hotel has no further links for any blogs, social media sites, or Youtube. There is no trace of reputation management.
1. Set up goals, objectives & define target market 2. Define how you will reach the target market and the different influencers 3. Define the channels that you will use => social media- Facebook, Twitter, blog, Youtube. Join to conversations on platforms and develop brand awareness. Create the hotel’s own blog in order to interact with people (former guests, potential guests). 4. Define your exceptional service / offer that you provide or will provide and let the influencers spread the news. Create a mobile application for a better communication, interaction with guests. Let them know about your new services via this app.

Check the number of fans, followers – the more, the better Check the how many times posts have been shared – the more the better Check the number of people subscribing to the hotel’s blog
