Introduction This website is aimed to provide content and online activities about the ICT in Everyday Life as per Module 1 of the ICT syllabus. It is imperative that the website contains the element of participation whereby students can interact and contribute their work online. The target audience is mainly for Form 1 Students (aged 10/11); however, it can be used by all those students preparing for the ECDL exam of Module 1 or school ICT exams. The website is classified into various sub topics which are Communication, E-Services, Online Communities, Health and Environment. Also, some other pages are included which do not relate to the topic chosen but are necessary to make the website more effective and provide general content for the students. These ‘extra’ pages are the Notice Board, School Calendar, Disclaimer and Contact Us. This is further explained in the Navigational Structure as shown below.

Pages Related to ICT in Everyday Life The main pages include other subpages related to that specific topic. These subpages provide the educational content. The interactive part is in fact in the topic page which amalgamates all the sub topics together through online activities. This allows the students to either interact within the website or participate through an external link such as using a blog.

Activities planned: Communication In this page the students have a polling activity. The aim is that after all the students have contributed to the poll then the final result (which is directly shown on the page) is analysed and a discussion is developed as part of the lesson 1
