Beacon check BEACON CHECK We strongly advise you to have your beacon checked, every year if you are a professional, or at least every 3 years for the average user. You can go through a retailer or feel free to contact us directly. For faster service we advise you to have your beacon checked at the end of the winter, in late spring/summer as we are less busy. (Europe only) WARRANTY Your device has a two-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you register your device online, we provide a five-year warranty starting from the date of manufacture. Your device’s warranty does not cover the following: - Battery corrosion or leaks inside the device; remember to remove the batteries during the off season (summer). - User error (impacts, falls, moisture...). In the case of user error, we can repair your device when possible (this service includes a fee). LIFETIME How long your beacon lasts depends on how you use and care for it. We provide a 5-year warrant for all manufacturing issues. After 5 years, we strongly advise that you have your beacon checked and inspected on a regular basis. Stay current on the benefits and increased efficiency of new product innovations. If you use any beacon for more than 10 years, you are likely losing search efficiency and effectiveness with your older analog or digital beacon. RÉVISION Il est conseillé de faire vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil, tous les ans si vous êtes un professionnels, tous les 3 ans si vous êtes un particulier. Vous pouvez passer par votre détaillant habituel où nous contacter directement. Nous vous conseillons d’effectuer la révision en fin d’hiver, les délais sont plus courts en été qu’en plein mois de novembre. GARANTIE Votre appareil est garantie 2 ans à partir de la date d’achat du produit. Si il est enregistré sur internet, vous bénéficiez d’une extension de garantie de 5 ans à daté de la date de fabrication de l’ARVA. Ne sont pas couvert par la garantie : - les piles qui coulent dans le boitier, il faut bien penser à les retirer l’été. - les défauts utilisateurs (chocs, chutes, humidité….) En cas de défauts utilisateur, nous vous proposerons une une réparation si possible, cette prestation est payante. DURÉE DE VIE La durée de vie d’un appareil dépend bien sûr de la façon dont vous l’entretenez. Un appareil récent est garanti 5 ans. Après 5 ans il est conseillé de faire réviser très régulièrement votre appareil pour s’assurer du bon fonctionnement. Il faut aussi prendre en compte l’évolution du matériel. Si vous êtes propriétaire d’un appareil analogique de plus de 10 ans, il est intéressant de comparer vos performances en recherche par rapport à celles d’un appareil récent KONTROLLE Wir empfehlen eine jährliche Kontrolle des Gerätes bei professionellem Einsatz; alle 3 Jahre bei privater Nutzung. GARANTIE Für Ihr Gerät wird eine 2-jährige Garantie ab dem Kaufdatum des Produkts gewährt. Wenn Sie es online registrieren, profitieren Sie von einer Verlängerung Ihrer Garantie auf 5 Jahre ab dem Herstellungsdatum des Geräts. Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind: - im Batteriefach ausgelaufene Batterien, denken Sie also daran, diese im Sommer herauszunehmen. - Benutzungsfehler (Stöße/Schläge, Stürze, Feuchtigkeit usw.). Im Falle einer Beschädigung aufgrund eines Benutzungsfehlers bieten wir Ihnen, im Rahmen des Möglichen, eine kostenpflichtige Reparatur Ihres Gerätes an. LEBENSDAUER Die Lebensdauer eines Geräts hängt von seiner Wartung und Instandhaltung ab. Bei einem neuen Gerät werden 5 Jahre Garantie gewährleistet. Nach diesen 5 Jahren wird empfohlen, eine sehr regelmäßige Wartung durchzuführen, um eine gute Funktion sicherzustellen. Hierbei muss auch die fortwährende Entwicklung dieser Geräte berücksichtigt werden. Sollte Ihr analoges Gerät älter als 10 Jahre sein, vergewissern Sie sich, ob es nicht interessantere aktuelle Versionen gibt.
