L’avenir c’est nous ! We’re the futur !
Un groupe de six jeunes Val d’Oisiens en formation à l’Espace de Dynamique d’insertion d’IMAJ ont été mobilisés pendant deux semaines du 8 au 19 juillet 2013 à hauteur d’environ 30 heures semaine sur un projet utilisant le média photographique, alors même que pour la majorité d’entre eux ils n’avaient auparavant jamais utilisé un « reflex numérique ». Les jeunes ont été amenés à se prendre en photo les uns les autres, passant ainsi du rôle de photographe à celui de modèle, en utilisant diverses techniques photos en vue de produire des clichés les mettant en scène dans différents domaines de leur vie. Une fois traités par les jeunes, les clichés ont été confiés à un laboratoire de développement ainsi qu’a une infographiste en vue de monter une exposition et réaliser un ouvrage. Avec cette exposition, l’Espace de Dynamique d’Insertion d’IMAJ vous propose de découvrir un morceau de vie de six jeunes Val d’Oisiens. Plongez à travers des portraits, tantôt pris en studio photographique, tantôt en extérieur, dans l’univers de ces jeunes photographes et modèles.
A team of six youngsters from Val d’Oise, who come from the training centre «Espace de Dynamique d’insertion d’IMAJ», took part of a project for 2 weeks from the 8th to the 19th of July, 2013. They worked 30 hours weekly on this project using photographic media while most of them had never used a reflex camera before. The youngsters took photos of each other, passing from photographer to model, using various technics to produce photos that stage their individual lives. The photos were sent to a development laboratory and then to a graphic designer to create an exhibition and book. With this exhibition, L’Espace de Dynamique d’insertion d’IMAJ invites you to discover a slice of life of six youngsters from Val d’Oise. Dive into the pictures, sometimes taken in the studio, sometimes outside in the young photographers’ universe.
