Editor’s Letter

Believe it or not, I was once a devout follower of spring and fall fashion weeks. I was fascinated by all the crazy, beautiful designs and how a designer creates a collection of pieces under one theme. Possibly even more interesting was the fact that no matter how much time was spent or effort was made, fashion big wigs (i.e. editors) decide if they are worthy to share with the public. I briefly considered a career in that world, but I guess my love of the South (and sweatpants) thought better of it. Even still, I check the trends after the fashion weeks conclude and decide which ones I think will be relevant here. This exercise brought us to our spring fashion catalog on page 41. You won’t find any Rodarte or Versace in this issue, but the trends were inspired by the runways. I encourage you to take our looks and adapt them to your own personal style. And once you have your wardrobe in check, pack your bags for a day or weekend in Florence. For the first time, the ladies of Mud & Magnolias hit the road to find out firsthand the best spots for our readers to hit in a city (pg.35). You can read more about each of our favorite spots, so I won’t spoil it. Just know Florence should be on your agenda in the near future. And if you are at home and need to whip up a quick snack for guests (or yourself), check out the spring roll recipes page 13. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical because the rice paper wrappers don’t look too appetizing in my opinion, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sauces pair with each recipe perfectly, too. Happy spring, y’all!

If you have any thoughts about this issue, please email me at editor@mudandmag.com.

Pins: These are very special to me because my favorite vintage items to collect are vintage and retro pins/buttons. I have tons. I also feature them in my Nostalgia Pack, which are free packs that come with online purchases and include buttons, pins, chokers, trading cards, pogs, etc.

Corduroy Blazer: This item is from the ‘70s and I have a deep love for ‘70s items. The materials, the shapes, the collars, the neutral colors - I just love them! I also collect many vintage blazers, and have many in my store.

Striped Button Down: This shirt is an ‘80s Appalachian Trail shirt (actually available on my Etsy site), and was chosen because I feel that it is a staple piece that can transcend time and always look good, and its fabric has also held up very well over time.

Nostalgia City With a booth at The Depot Antique Mall in Oxford and an Etsy shop, Nostalgia City has brought old things new life. Owner Millicent Haggard shares her tips for buying vintage.

Photos by Lauren Wood

Boots: The boots are actually 1990s horse riding boots. I picked the boots because I wanted to showcase the awesome shoes you can find while thrifting. Although many are banged up or bruised, there are many still intact due to their material and build. There are many timeless vintage shoes that are waiting to be found, and some are featured in my booth.

Members Only Jacket: I chose the light blue Members Only jacket because these retro little sport coats are everywhere, in all colors, shapes and sizes - and I just love it when I find them. These jackets and Woolrich button-ups are my two favorite items to collect and sell. The jackets are just so cool and hip - they are relaxed while being structured. And also, almost anyone can look good/badass in one. They also take me back to the ‘80s, Back to the Future-esque.

Meet Millicent Her love of vintage clothing and the stockpile she had collected planted the idea of Nostalgia City. With nothing like it in Oxford, she decided to create a way to share her finds with her small town. “I love vintage clothing because many items are rare and this helps create a unique look,” Haggard said. “It also reminds people of simpler times, like their childhood or teen years, and can boost moods.”

Vintage Tee: I love this item because it is a Screen Stars shirt from the ‘80s. Screen Stars is an old school tee screenprint company whose shirts have withstood time and still look good. I love this particular one because the color is still so vivid, the print is still shiny and intact, and the fabric is extra strong.

The Penthouse Ten years ago, an excursion for barbecue turned into an adventure in renovation and recycling for Joel and Donna Bennett. After years of hard work and hunting, the couple transformed the third floor of a former hardware store into a unique penthouse apartment with an eclectic mix of the past and present. I

just wanted something different,” said Joel Bennett, who was born in New Albany and grew up in Blue Mountain. The-2,800-square-foot apartment with three bedrooms and three baths reflects the interests and life experiences of the couple, who have roots and family in Northeast Mississippi, but whose professional careers took them across the country and around the world. “We were not antique collectors,” said Donna Bennett. “We both always had an interest in old buildings.”

Long commute

The Bennetts were still living and working in Las Vegas when they saw the for sale sign in front of the Hamilton Hardware store building in 2007 as they were heading to Westside Barbecue in New Albany. The couple was traveling to Ripley every other weekend as they renovated the old Ripley Feed and Seed into the three-suite Inn on the Square.

Joel told Donna he just wanted to look at the building which dates from 1885 with an addition in 1887. “I saw the elevator with the huge gears and said ‘We have to buy it,’” Joel Bennett said. They began a seven-year odyssey to renovate the building into Hamilton Place. Creating the six second-floor apartments was the first order of business. They worked with contractor Jerry Bramlett, who also did the renovations for the Inn on the Square. As the apartments were finished, the Bennetts retired - Joel from his work as a heavy equipment salesman for Caterpillar and Donna from work as a chemist for cosmetics manufacturers – and moved to New Albany full time. It took 16 months to finish the penthouse and the Bennetts were able to move into their permanent home in 2015. Joel Bennett enjoyed digging into the work to create the space. “I was the assistant plumber, the assistant painter,” working under Bramlett’s tutelage, Joel Bennett said. “I lived downstairs and worked upstairs.” mudandmag.com

Mixing it up

Joel Bennett made his first foray into creative recycling a decade ago. He took discarded gears and parts from the dumpster at the Caterpillar dealership and had the welders and fabricators create a steel and glass dining room table that is a centerpiece in the penthouse. “Everybody liked it so much,” Joel Bennett said. The dealership ended up making more of the furniture pieces when the recession hit. “It didn’t make a lot of money, but it kept people working through the lean times,” Bennett said. When the work started on Hamilton Place, the Bennetts had only two antique pieces in hand: a 1949 Coca-Cola machine Joel Bennett bought more than 20 years ago because it dated from the year he was born, and an 1881 rosewood box grand piano that had been stored in the Hamilton Hardware building. Outfitting the penthouse and the common spaces of Hamilton Place turned into a treasure hunt for the Bennetts. While the renovations were underway, he began his hunt for intriguing pieces of history that could be put to new use in the penthouse. “I found stuff and Donna had to decorate around it,” Joel Bennett said. He hunted the architectural garden section of eBay and visited antiques stores and salvage companies. “It was fun to find stuff older than me,” Bennett said. A bank teller cage from Minneapolis now serves as a room

divider between the living room and kitchen. “They passed money back and forth,” Bennett said. “We pass biscuits.” Several of his finds came together to remake the private elevator, which relies on a forklift for get up and go. The elevator cage came from a hotel in Davenport, Iowa. The doors came from the Biltmore Hotel in Ashville, North Carolina. Doors on the second floor elevator lobby came from a saloon in Kansas City. In the penthouse, the doors guarding the shaft came from a Bronx bank. The belt-driven fans dotted through the living room came from the Sands Hotel poker rooms. An ice box door hides a modern laundry room that winks at the building’s hardware store heritage. The doors on the built-in cabinets in the master bedroom hail from the offices of Lansky Bros. clothiers in Memphis. Not all the pieces Bennett was looking for were big. He found post office box doors to create a clever wine cellar in the wall. “Three of them are from the 1800s,” Joel Bennett said. Now that the work is done, they get to relax and enjoy family and the new friends they’ve made. From their balcony overlooking Bankhead Street, they have watched New Albany blossom over the past decade. “Our little town is booming,” Joel Bennett said. M

Mud & Mag Takes

Florence

Underground Art and Sound

Trowbridge’s

Florence, Alabama, is the county seat of Lauderdale county and north Alabama’s music, food and fashion hub. With scenic views from the Bluffs and the city’s multiple parks, a historic university, a storied musical past and a bustling downtown area, Florence is the perfect day trip. Our staff took the Natchez Trace to the Shoals to see what all the fuss was about. Here were a few of our favorite stops.

Carmen’s Picks

Alabama Chanin: 462 Lane Drive This factory is a short drive from downtown Florence, and the experience is worth it. First, we went on a free tour of the facility and learned the entire process of making an item of Alabama Chanin clothing. The story of founder Natalie Chanin embracing the beauty and quality of slow design is inspiring. And that’s just the start. Alabama Chanin offers DIY kits and classes at The School of Making, a retail store with home goods and heirloom pieces made under the same roof, as well as a café run by Natalie’s son. Our sweet tour guide Emily said the café’s Saturday brunch alone would be worth the drive from Tupelo, and I plan to take her word for it one day soon. In a world so fastpaced, it was refreshing to see a company focused on the process and quality.

The Rosenbaum: 601 Riverview Drive The Rosenbaum House is the only building in Alabama designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The Usonian-designed home was built in 1939 for newlyweds Stanley and Mildred Rosenbaum, who remained the owners of the home until 1999. When the City of Florence acquired the house, it was restored and is now a museum, open to the public. If you enjoy mid-century modern style, this home is a must-see.

Perennial Supply Co.: 222 North Court Street We walked through the door of this cute downtown shop to find a Florence native who said she opened Perennial because she found herself being more cautious to buy products made in the United States. She realized there was a bit of a void in Florence, so she took the matter into her own hands. I bought three small rolls of Rifle Paper Co. wrapping paper. I plan to hang them in my house with trouser hangers. Trowbridge’s: 316 North Court Street You can’t make a Florence trip without at least peeking in the window of Trowbridge’s. Not much has changed in the diner since its opening in 1918 so it was a nice nod to the past and simpler times. Articles from their years of business line the walls and as I was perusing, I saw they were known for their “Orange Pineapple” ice cream. It didn’t disappoint.

Bunyan’s BBQ: 901 West College Street Bunyan’s BBQ is a retro carry-out spot for barbecue, hot dogs, chicken and side items like its famous hot slaw. Since its founding in 1972, Bunyan’s has been a regional favorite, earning a busy lunch hour crowd and multiple nods from national publications. Grab a few sandwiches and sides to share for the road or a picnic at one of Florence’s parks. Odette: 120 N. Court Street Odette is an Instagram-worthy restaurant in downtown Florence. The interior features exposed brick walls, a long bar for drinking and eating, and well-placed art. The American-Southern fare is made with locally and sustainably sourced ingredients. I had the daily special: fried catfish with orange remoulade. UNA: 1 Harrison Plaza The University of North Alabama’s beautiful campus is within walking distance of downtown Florence. If you can’t see all 130 acres, stop by to see Leo III and Una, the college’s 14-year-old African lion siblings. UNA has received national attention since adopting its first live mascot in 1974. The lions are vocal, playful and so interesting to watch!

Lauren’s Picks Overlook A fellow photographer told me about an overlook spot where you can see the Tennessee River and downtown Florence, and I’m so glad he did! This spot was our first stop of the day, and it was an absolutely beautiful view on Lake Pickwick Drive. It’s a great spot for some scenic photos! McFarland Park: 200 James Spain Drive Our second stop was right across the river at McFarland Park. This park is one of many in and around Florence, and has tons to offer. There are campsites, a driving range, playgrounds, fishing piers, trails, baseball fields, and it’s adjacent to O’Neal Harbor with a restaurant and marina. It’s a very nice park, and we enjoyed walking along the riverfront. The Carriage Wine & Market and Jack-O-Lantern Farm: 121 E Mobile Street and 123 E Mobile Street. These two store fronts are right next to each other on Mobile Street in downtown Florence. You can easily transition from one shopping experience to another with an inside doorway between them. Jack-OLantern Farm has local produce from its own farm outside of town, as well as other local and regional snacks and goodies. The Carriage Wine & Market has a large selection of wine, a bar for tastings as well as fresh flowers and other local items.

All winter I had been drooling over 2017 fashion trends and dreaming of the day temps went above 60 degrees. However, being pregnant (and in the awkward stages of baby bump) makes things a little more difficult to shop those trends I have been dreaming about all winter. Nonetheless, here are a few trends I will be sporting this spring: Pastels:

Pastels always seem to be a spring trend, but this year they are everywhere. This time around, we are being encouraged to mix pastels. Lavender dress, pink heels, sea foam green bag…. um, I’m loving it. This is a trend that will be so easy to incorporate with my wardrobe as my baby bump grows larger!

Minimalism:

Local Fashionista: Morgan Gaines Spring will always be my favorite season. Suddenly, we are greeted by a warm chill in the air, pops of green everywhere we turn, blooming flowers, and hearts full of hope for the warmer, brighter months to come. With all of the anticipation, we find ourselves spending more time outdoors, taking in the beautiful colors around us and getting way too excited about trading in our winter coats and sweaters for dresses, jackets and sandals.

More and more, I have been ditching the accessories, bold patterns, and the layering to create a more simple look. My usual go-to minimalistic outfit is either a simple jumpsuit with edgy earrings and a pair of open-toed mules, or a cotton babydoll dress with a jean jacket and my favorite pair of sneakers.

Florals:

There’s just nothing like stepping out in a floral dress in the springtime. As my bump grows, it becomes harder to find trendy clothes that fit. However, I have found so many ethereal, flowy, floral dresses that are so comfortable and will fit me throughout my pregnancy. I will definitely be wearing floral maxi dresses and babydoll dresses this spring!

Individuality:

Although we are presented with new fashion trends each year, the culture of fashion has swiftly changed to an “anything goes” mentality. Individuality is such a key factor in fashion. Instead of relying on the fashion industry to tell you what to wear, make your own trends based on your style! Get creative! M

Mississippi Runway The Spring 2017 runways were filled with trends including anything from futuristic patterns to chainlink jewelry. A few recurring looks we knew would be applicable in the South were blush clothing, stripe patterns and oversized silhouettes. Here we break down each and how we plan to style it this spring.

Blush This sweet and feminine hue is the perfect sign of warmer days. Bonus points: it complements every skin tone. Wear it with blue or white jeans and a neutral shoe. Gold jewelry would look great with it, but if you want to push the envelope, pair it with edgy accessories, black jeans and sneakers. See more on page 45. Southern Charm in Baldwyn: cold shoulder top $31

Stripes Blue and white stripes on a chambray fabric will likely look good for years to come, especially on sunkissed skin. But don’t shy away from bolder stripes, too. There are so many ways to incorporate stripes. Whether it’s pants, a button down or a boat-neck top, break out the stripes this spring. See more on page 49. Southern Charm in Baldwyn: striped dress $35

Oversized All hail the oversized silhouettes! I mean, really, who doesn’t love to throw on a flowy dress or tunic? To master this trend, make sure the item is made well and fits properly. That may sound odd since the item should fit loosely, but even flowy clothing is cut to fit certain places. A sub-trend, if you will, is oversized sleeves on an otherwise tailored piece of clothing. Embrace that kind of drama. See more on pages 46 and 53. Ella Ivy in Pontotoc: oversized dress $228 // Bliss Boutique in Fulton and Tupelo: gray dress $34.95

S

uccess smells a lot like the early days, when David Bell was just messing around in his kitchen. A few years ago, he and his wife, April, were at a store in Tennessee, where they saw soy candles in little tins. “I thought, We can make these. We don’t have to pay that,” 41-year-old David said. April, 39, bought a candle-making kit, and David gave it a try. Something about the process activated the problem-solving part of his brain. “I kept playing and playing around with it,” he said. “There were a lot of mistakes at first.” He tracked down different companies to find the right wax and combination of scents, and he started to take over the family’s kitchen in Lee County’s Oak Hill community. He turned baby food jars into soy candles and sent them home with family members, who were expected to report back. How did they burn? Did the scent spread? Before long, he had candles he was proud of, and the Bells formed Oak Hill Candle Co. April already had her own line of jewelry, Hooty Lou’s, so the pair started dropping off candles at boutiques that already

carried her products. The response was positive, so, without knowing what to expect, they reserved space at the Mississippi Wholesale Market in Jackson this past June. “We picked up a bunch of new stores,” David said. All the while, both were working at their business, Bell’s Cleaning Service, which kept them going six nights a week. But trouble hit the family in July, when David had a heart attack requiring six bypasses. When he got out of the hospital, he didn’t have the stamina for cleaning. Luckily for him, David had a way to channel his frustration. “I was making candles the day after I got out of the hospital,” he said. “The orders kept pouring in – big orders from all over,” April said. “He couldn’t just sit there. He said, ‘This is my livelihood.’” “It was the only thing I could do,” he said. Oak Hill Candle Co. is now in 22 stores in six states, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas. Their kitchen quickly became a disaster area, so they’ve recently taken over an outbuilding that had been their

David and April Bell daughters’ party barn. “It was their hangout where they played games,” April said. “We had a sectional out here.” Shelves are filled with Mason jars to be turned into candles. A device, essentially a deep fryer with a drain on the bottom, heats up the soy wax and mixes it with scents and colors. Cotton wicks are glued to the bottom of the jars, and popsicle sticks with holes drilled in the middle keep the wicks vertical when David pours the wax. “He does a Kudzu candle in purple and everybody loves it,” April said. Other scents include Watermelon, Blueberry Cheesecake, Salty Margarita and Happie Hippie, which has a lemony, springlike aroma. “I do a coffee one. I keep it white and I drop Starbucks beans in there,” David said. “The longer you burn it, the stronger it gets. I can make those and the house will smell like coffee for three days.” He’s got a ragged, old shirt for candle making. It’s covered in wax and has several holes, but it smells delightful. “I love the smells when he works,” April said. “It makes me happy.” In addition to candles, he makes wax melts, room sprays and lotions. April also makes a range of soap products, including bath balms that have their own following. “The balms retail for $5,” David said. “We have had girls 62

l

mudandmag.com

waiting at the counter because they sold out. They were waiting for a $5 bath balm.” An 8-ounce candle is $12, which is the same price for room spray and bubble bath. Wax melts are $5. Pump soap and lotion go for $14. The Bells also sell wholesale products for fundraisers, and they can make two-layer candles with the colors of sports teams. To make an order or find a boutique, look up Oak Hill Candle Co. on Facebook or Instagram, send an email to oakhillcandleco@gmail.com, or call (662) 321-5357. The response to their products has been both humbling and encouraging. No one would ask for a heart attack, but that scary time led the Bells to where they are now. “I feel blessed,” April said. “It’s a blessing from God,” David said. They’re planning to return to the Mississippi Wholesale Market in the summer. Since they’ve been through it once, they know more about what to expect. Who knows? Maybe they’ll outgrow their outbuilding before too long. “It’s just wherever it takes us,” David said. “It was never meant to be monetary support, but, after I couldn’t do anything, it grew into something big. It just went crazy.” M Photos by Lauren Wood

Hope & Arrow When Amy Ekis created Hope & Arrow, she was inspired by an experience many women share: infertility and infant loss. Ekis and her husband had struggled to get pregnant, and when a friend faced the same challenge, she wanted to make her a gift. “Through those years of infertility, it was so hard, but I had a word that got me through. It was ‘hope.’ I put it on everything,” Ekis said. “It became a mantra. I needed something to remind myself that season would come to an end.” The first necklace became a few, a few became an Etsy shop and now Hope & Arrow is a handmade brand that includes inspiring digital prints, chunky bangles and, of course, its signature stamped key necklace. She originally opened her shop to offset expenses for the adoption of her son; now that he is home, she uses Hope & Arrow to help other adopting families raise money and provide women with a wearable reminder to keep the faith. “One of my passions is encouraging women, but I also have a creative side,” Ekis said. “I wanted to fund our adoption, but I was also kind of stepping into my calling.” Her key necklaces harness the power of significant words like strength, love, able, faithful and brave. The shop name Hope & Arrow, as well as many of the stamped words, are from Biblical passages that Ekis finds helpful in trying times. Ekis keeps keys with words already stamped on-hand, but she loves custom orders most of all. She has been able to create sentimental pieces that honor wedding dates, meaningful life seasons and deceased loved ones. “It means so much to me that I can try to minister to someone in that way,” she said. “Sometimes, you just need something tangible around that can remind you.” You can find Hope & Arrow on Etsy, at the Northstar Church bookstore and at Elizabeth Rose Market in Baldwyn. Kim Gambrell Couture Jewelry For more than 15 years, Kim Gambrell has been handcrafting heirloom pieces. Her jewelry line, sold exclusively at Farmhouse in Tupelo, is equal parts antique charm and modern sophistication. It began with improvisation. Gambrell had a vision of a piece she wanted for an outfit, and when she couldn’t find it, she made it herself. “I think accessories can make or break an outfit,” Gambrell said. “I’ve been in love with jewelry since I was a little girl.” On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, you will find her working on orders where she dreamed of jewelry when she was that little girl — the playhouse behind her parents’ house. Gambrell splits her time between making inventory for Farmhouse and fulfilling custom orders. Gambrell describes her style as “fashion forward,” featuring natural gemstones, hand-picked elements and reworked items like vintage rhinestones. She draws inspiration from high-end brands and then makes affordable pieces that are still distinctive. “I try to find my own path and do my own thing,” Gambrell said. “I don’t stick with one genre. I try to offer something for everyone.” M

Jewels by SarCar Sara Caroline Bridgers’ favorite necklace broke on yearbook picture day of her junior year. She took the pendant and refashioned it with a suede cord. After a day full of compliments, inspiration struck. Bridgers started with 20 necklaces and a photo shoot with her friends on the square in Oxford. Those pieces sold out in six minutes, and Jewels by SarCar was born. A year later, Bridgers is juggling high school, extracurriculars, the social life of a teenager and a national brand with undeniable style. “There will be days when I go to ACT tutoring and leave and go to a meeting with my financial advisor,” Bridgers says. “I’m having to do a lot of things that a lot of high-schoolers don’t have to do like using tax ID numbers and filing taxes. I’ve had a hard time with that, but I have learned a lot and it has been a great opportunity.” Bridgers’ youthful, on-trend looks are worn in more than 43 states and are sold via her website and a handful of stores in Mississippi and beyond. Her mission is to give her customers a piece that is completely different than anything they’ve owned before — that can be dressed up or down and can be worn multiple ways. She credits her success to her 10 ambassadors who wear her jewelry in markets across the country. Jewels by SarCar pieces still echo that first necklace made from a cord and a stone. Popular items are chokers, cuffs, wrap necklaces and bracelets with druzies and crystals and whatever else Bridgers is into that season. When Bridgers begins college next year at Ole Miss, she won’t be leaving Jewels by SarCar behind. She plans to study at the school of business and expand her entrepreneurial prowess. “I’m excited to see how it translates into my college life,” she said. “I like watching it grow. It grows as I grow. The style changes as mine changes.” M Photos submitted 70

MC’S Mobile Boutique

Molly Marlin sets up shop at various places in Mantachie, Mississippi, and welcomes people into her truck full of affordable fashion finds. She took some time to answer our questions about the journey and where she’s headed next. What sparked the idea for a mobile boutique? I have always dreamed of owning my own boutique, but I wanted to do it in a way that was unique! I have always thought outside of the box, and I knew that I wanted to create my store around something that was fun and surprising. Also, I wanted to provide convenience to my shoppers and the only way I could accomplish that was through being mobile. My family has always joked since I was little that my middle name is “GO,” so it fits my personality perfectly! What are the benefits of being mobile? Mostly, I feel free spirited! I, of course, have the benefit of being able to reach out to many different people because of my flexibility in being mobile, and I really love that. Meeting and forming relationships with more people that I most likely wouldn’t be able to reach in a brick-and-mortar building has been the greatest blessing! Life is busy and sometimes finding the time to shop is next to impossible for many people. Knowing that I can make shopping and life a little more fun and unique for my shoppers is special to me. Tell us about renovating the truck. Finding the truck was fun! I looked night and day for the perfect look, and finally, one day I was scrolling through Craigslist and came across it! I think my family and friends might have thought I was crazy with the idea, but I knew I could see it and I knew I could make it work! The truck was formerly a snack vendor vehicle, and it was far from chic at first glance. I never could have transformed it without the help from my mother, father and boyfriend. My parents and I had a great time doing everything from scratch in the back -- memories I will always cherish. The paint job was done by Byrd’s Body Shop in Tupelo, Miss., and they did a fantastic job! 74

How would you describe the style at MC’s? Comfy and chic! I love to be comfortable yet chic, so I try to bring that style to the truck. Also, the truck offers great quality clothing that’s affordable. Where are your common stops? Right now, Mantachie and Mooreville have been very common stops to spot the truck and Tupelo Flea Market outside of Building I and III. The truck can be spotted at local arts festivals in the upcoming months! Also, private home parties and work parties are available. How has the community responded to a moving clothing store? I never imagined how hard it would be to get everyone to see my dream and understand it. People are not familiar with the idea of a mobile boutique, and understandably, the shopping experience is something new. But, I think I’m beginning to grow on people. Everyone that has stopped and shopped has loved it! My hometown of Mantachie was the first to grant me a permit, and for that, I am grateful! Tupelo and Fulton cities are currently working out the details to allow me to visit their cities, and I’m excited about that! Overall, everyone has been very positive and supportive in all my efforts. What are your plans for MC’s mobile boutique? To expand to more cities and, most of all, continue to offer a unique and convenient shopping experience to my customers. I recently have expanded the selection of clothing to include children’s in addition to women’s. M Photos by Lauren Wood
