A total of 242 Itawamba County students completed their high school careers May 19 with all three area high schools holding their graduation ceremonies throughout the day at the Davis Event Center. It was a time for bittersweet celebration. As many speakers noted, the day represented the ending of one chapter for these students, but the beginning of another. The graduates of Itawamba Agricultural High School throw their caps into the air following their graduation ceremony.
