JYH International Architects is an architecture, interior design and engineering office, dedicated to realizing the client's vision of distinctive settings with optimal comfort.
We have been involved in a multitude of projects in different regions such as the Middle East, Europe and Asia. As a result, our work includes residential, retail, educational, resort, commercial, and urban planning.
We manage projects ranging from exhibition stands to the whole layout of a site. The projects come in varied sizes, but the high end finishing is always evident.
Our vision revolves around innovative technology and the concept of adjusting spaces to the needs of the user. We are interested in investigating the impact of this technology on our everyday lives and how it shapes the building in which we live. This allows us to imitate the intended sentiments in the room and deliver comfort or any other desired mood.
As a result, the lifestyle of our clients is immediately reflected in our architecture.
Located in the highest mount of Qanat Bakich in Lebanon, Villa Olympea embodies beauty and sophistication.
Embedded within the topography, the compo sition is formed of 2 L-shaped structures inter acting on the ground floor, creating an internal green patio that can be visible from anywhere in the house.

THE MINIMALIST SUMMER HOUSE LOCATED ON THE COASTAL SIDE OF THE KITI CITY IN CYPRUS, WITH STYLISH, OPEN-PLAN LIVING ROOMS HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE NATURAL LIGHT AND GENEROUS CEILING HEIGHTS
The challenge in this project was to design a 250m2 modern house with a pool, 4 master bedrooms with a private backdoor garden for each room, an open kitchen with an island that faces a billiard, cigar, and wine area for a budget of 150.000 Euros. Nevertheless, we made it happen.
THE INTERIORS OF THE LOBBY AND THE FLOORS FORM AN OPEN-SPACE LOUNGE AREA. TOGETHER THEY CREATE A LIGHT SPACE, PLEASANT TO SIT IN WHATEVER THE SEASON OR TIME OF DAY
The luxurious 3200m2 modern palace will be located in the heart of Jeddah.
The majestic entrances are accessed via an Italian-style pathway lined with cypress trees that leads to a roundabout drop-off area with a central fountain.
The structure has three floors and a basement with lavish functions such as a shooting range, a full spa with ice, sauna, and massage rooms, a barber shop, a cigar lounge, and a family room.
The building's shape was inspired by a child's scribbling when asked to draw a house. The primitive shape was remodeled to meet the needs of the client as well as the rules and regulations of the city of Faraya in Lebanon's mountains. The structure houses three chalets: one on the ground floor with access to the garden in front, and two duplexes above.
THE STYLISH, OPEN-PLAN LIVING ROOMS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE NATURAL LIGHT AND GENEROUS CEILING HEIGHTS
With its large windows, the ground floor has the advantage of being close to nature because it houses a 400 m2 garden that can be seen from any room in the apartment. The other two duplexes, on the other hand, enjoy special views of the snow-capped mountains of Faraya thanks to their elevated location in the structure.
TILAL AL ASAL HAS ALWAYS STOOD APART FROM THE REST AS THE QUIET AND SUMPTUOUS AREA OF THE BUSY FARAYA REGION
Located on a rich-in-nature mountain of Faqra, our main objective was to grant a maximum level of view of the surroundings while respect ing the natural slope of the land.
The open floor plan embodied the concept of a successful convergence of coziness, comfort, functionality, and circulation.
The structure has two floors that can be occu pied and a basement that is used for storage and technical needs. Each floor is 250 m2, giving the building a total area of 750 m2.
VILLA ATTIE PROVIDES EXCELLENT VENTILATION, DAYLIGHT, AND COMFORT WHILE BEING INCORPORATED INTO THE LAND'S TOPOGRAPHY. DUE TO THIS DESIGN CHOICE, THE HOUSE IS NOW ACCESSIBLE FROM BOTH THE UPPER ROAD AND THE ROAD BELOW.
The building is oriented south-west for an optimal sun exposure and ventilation. The cladding materials were carefully selected to withstand an abrupt change in temperature. The use of two natural elements, fair face concrete and mountain stone cladding, created a bold and successful combination of strict lines and shapes.
Located on the coastal area of Batroun City, the resort is comprised of 22 detached villas with private pools, where 6 of the villas are accessible by boat.
300 chalets of various sizes, two swimming pools, restaurants, shops and a wedding venue are located on the project's other side.
Woodian Retreat is a two phase project spread over a land of 45.000m2 in the Qamez moun tains of Lebanon. A spa, a gym, a restaurant, an outdoor and indoor pool, a walking track, resting viewpoints, and 18 individual cabins were placed to create a pleasant journey.
Each phase of the project was carried out by a variety of different architects and landscape designers, through the courtesy of and in coor dination with Lea Ghorayeb's team.
A FLOATING SLABS APPROACH IS USED AS A DESIGN STRATEGY. THE CONCRETE ROOFS ARE DRAWN BETWEEN THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS IN ORDER TO HAVE THE LEAST IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT
There are therapeutic massage rooms, a sauna, an ice room, a lounge area, and a swimming pool in the spa building. The swimming pool's borders are the natural rocks that hide a very pleasing view once the person reaches the pool's end, creating a surprise effect.
Every one of the 259 trees within the plot limits will be replanted within the complex. All of the units are positioned on the slope to provide the best sea view, and each zone of 8 units will have its own private pool and gardens. The hotel's concept is based on a grid, which allows the client to transform the function of each space determined by the amount of space required; it can accommodate up to 75 double rooms, 48 of which have access to an outdoor terrace.
BLENDING WITH THE TOPOGRAPHY OF THE MOUNTAIN, THE PROJECT WAS CONCEIVED TO OFFER THE BEST VIEWS TO ALL UNITS
The task consisted of a reformation of 3 houses in Jezzine into two Triplexes per building with terraces. The town overlooks a cliff of 40 meters high. At its sides, there are café houses and restaurants overlooking the landscape of Wadi Jezzine, which in turn overlooks green fields.
IN ORDER TO RESPECT THE CHARACTER OF IT'S SURROUNDINGS, THIS PROJECT USED CONTRASTING MATERIALS AND SERENE NEUTRALS.

Luxury and utility seem mutually exclusive when it comes to design. Open concept allows natural light from arched windows insolate every corner of the space. The entertaining areas utilize eye-catching materials, from dark marble flooring to copper wall panels that artfully united with sophisticated and quite palette with white and some different shades of walnut wood. To make an interior more dramatic and intriguing, architects added spectacular features including embossed sucptures, pendant energy saving led lamp, modern fabrics and a lux pieces of furniture that attract family in an everyday use.
The 200-year-old cave is located beneath an 800 m2 home that was created gradually over time. It was built using an arch vault technique, which plays a structural function in the building.
As a result, the challenge was to design an interior space that meets the client's requirements without removing or destroying any existing stone.
To preserve the foundations, a raised platform was built on top.

THE HARMONY IS NOT IN THE SIMILARITY, BUT IN BALANCING BETWEEN INCOMPATIBLE CATEGORIES. THAT'S THE CONDITION WE WORK UNDER WHEN CREATING INTERIORS FOR NARROW BUT TALL SPACES.

Villa Olympea won the Gold trophy in the single residential units awards category 2018 of the prestigious A'design awards. The ceremony was held in Lake Como, Italy
Cave Dariane project won the platinum trophy for the interior renovation category of the Muse Design awards in 2019

Over the years, extending the city through the sea has been a huge success in other cities, such as Barcelona.
The goal of this project is to find solutions for better cities that can be applied anywhere, how to make them more person and environ mentally friendly by introducing smart and innovative technology.
PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE THE BASIC RIGHTS TO GO TO THE BEACH OR ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY OR HOBBY FOR FREE. PLACES WHERE THEY CAN GATHER OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO A RESTAURANT OR A BAR, PLACES WHERE THEY CAN EXERCISE WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO A PRIVATE CLUB.
Bicycle, skate, and roller lanes that stretch for kilometers, areas where people can do communal sport training. Places where people can expose their art to gain notoriety for young talents, jogging paths, dog parks, tourist information centers, and easily accessible sport fields Cycling will also be used for transportation. The streetscape will become more pleasant, allowing people to walk around or mingle without fear of being hit by a car.
ARCHITECTURE HAS A DIRECT IMPACT ON PEOPLE’S LIVES SOCIALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND ECONOMICALLY
Unobstructed pedestrian walkways provide mobility for all, while urban and landscaping elements like trees, benches, and bus stops transform walkways into vibrant public spaces. To ensure cyclist safety, a new layer of street path is being added.
Adding outdoor seating to the restaurants would lure workers to take their lunch break outside with friends for a change of scenery from the office. A well-planned row of trees can reduce noise levels by up to 10 decibels, which is pretty helpful on this type of street, especially for residents of side buildings. They also stop erosion by absorbing carbon monoxide from vehicle emissions.
THE SHAPE OF THE STADIUM EMERGED FROM AN INTERACTION BETWEEN TWO FORCES, THE FLOW OF ENERGY OF THE CIRCULATION IN THE SITES SURROUNDINGS, AND THE FLOW OF CIRCULATION CREATED FROM THE GIVEN SITES BOUNDARIES.
Designed for Singapore AAA stadium competition in 2016. In order to fit the stadium's required dimensions, the overlap between the curves was altered.
An illusion of escaping the city to the sea is created by the shape's fluidity, which blends seamlessly with the surroundings.
Up to 40.000 people can fit in the stadium's 18,000 square meters.

While dividing your land into smaller parcels will increase your selling flexibility, smaller parcels are more cost-effective for buyers. In order to determine the size of the subdivided lands, we evaluate the market in each region. We offer distinctive 2d and 3d images depicting the plots and the surrounding area to help the buyer fully understand his investment.
If you want to sell a developed or predesigned project, we will prepare a marketing brochure containing texts, information, rendered floor plans, 3D images, and technical specifications that will increase the project's appeal and speed up the sale.
If you operate an architecture firm and don't have the time or personnel to design your projects, we can design them for you and you may publish the work and drawings under your own name.
With individual inspection of flaws or product misplacement, we will ensure that the supplier's and contractors' products and services satisfy the needs, expectations, and requirements of consultants.
