MY VISION To live in a responsive environment which adapts to human needs according to the space and time. The questions an architect should ask himself once a design is complete “Was it better without it?” , And “Will the building be obsolete in 10 years? “ With the misuse of computational tools, contemporary society tends to have a lack of variety, identity, and leads to a dystopian complexity. Each design should adapt to the socio economical contexts of the surrounding area. When the main income of an area is tourism, the main goal is to make tourists interact with it. When the area is industrial, habitants should benefit from your building more than the surrounding ones. If the area is commercial, let your building be the smartest, where the spaces are flexible and can adapt to any need at any time.

The Stadium Personal Projects 2015 Rhino | Grasshopper | Sketchup
The shape of the stadium emerged from an interaction between two forces, the flow of energy of the circulation in the surroundings, and the flow of circulation created from the sites’ boundaries. The fluidity of the shape is in perfect harmony with the surroundings, creating an illusion of escaping the city to the sea.

CUBITUM TOWER The cubitum tower is poised to become a new city landmark; it embodies beauty and sophistication. The use of parametric software involved in the structure gives the building different depth to appreciate. The tower can be recognized from afar as it stands distinguished from its surrounding, yet from a closer perspective, it extends to the pedestrian neighborhood through a new layer of commercial area which makes a smoother transition between private and public place. Those retail outlets and restaurants provide an active streetscape and public forecourt area, creating a new amenity for locals and visitors. The design of the Cubitum tower is born by merging two squared twisted elements, which gave an elegant double rotated faรงade with parallel balconies:The original design started with a square geometry in which the edges were rounded to fit the north-east side of the setback of the side. The 90 degrees twist of the square allows having the same floor plan at the top and the bottom level. Unlike the other twisted towers in which the procedure ends at this stage, the element was mirrored to meet the required built up area of the sites rules and regulations. The whole geometry was then contoured to have a clear 3.3m height between floors with a 30cm slab and a vertical circulation. The void resulting between the elements gave birth to balconies. Corner edges with a twist of the element 16 were proposed to meet a radial geometry
TORNADO TOWER
which facilitated a 360 degree view for each apartment to the surrounding urban and natural environment. The resulting geometry was then contoured to generate horizontal plates which encompass a collection of predefined open habitable spaces. The quality outcome corresponds with privacy and natural lighting requirements. The multipurpose tower hosts 24 floors consisting of different programs; the commercial area and the restaurants are located on the ground floor, while the residential area is located on the remaining floors. The last two floors of the residential area form the penthouse that has a 360 degree view on the whole city of Sydney. The ground floor and the first floor hosts 400m of high end retail shops and restaurants. The following 20 floors consists of 380m2 apartments with 42m2 balconies; each apartment has a living room that can host up to 21 seated people, a dining room for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen spacious enough to welcome catering services, two bedroom suites with a walk in closet, a commodious bathroom including a Jacuzzi, and an access to the garden balcony. The apartment also includes two bedrooms with a countertop, a mini fridge, a sitting space and a desk for working. The Cubitum tower offers comfort through its generous interior space distribution, the luxurious views, and the high end quality of the materials used for the construction.

Villa Olympea Professional 2014 Autocad | Sketchup | Cl3ver
Currently under construction., Located on the highest mountain of QanatBakich in Lebanon, Villa Olympea embodies beauty and sophistication. Embedded within the topography, the composition is formed of 2 L-shaped structures interacting on the ground floor, creating an internal green patio that can be visible from anywhere in the house. A Cedar tree, the emblem of Lebanon, has been placed in the internal patio, being the heart of the project. The ground floor is connected to a double volume holding a mezzanine floor called the pool house, where 16 people can be seated, facing a huge indoor fireplace, and enjoys the magnificent view of QanadBakichMountains. Rhythmic stairs will lead you to a 3 side glass infinity pool, and a wooden cantilever with a pair of lounge beds.

KIPINA NURSERY PERSONAL WORK 2016 Autocad | Sketchup | Photoshop
Currently under construction in Qatar, the kipina nursery project have high standarts regarding safety, accessibility, and areas distribution. The goal of this porject was to merge two existing buildings on the ground floor in order to create a large open space while meeting the company’s requirements.
Fire Safety Each classroom has a direct access to the outdoors in case of an emergency Due to the open plan layout used the longest time to get outside the building would be less than 8 seconds The doors can only open from inside thus not allowing people to get inside other then from the main doors Ramp accessibility There are 2 ramps access to the ground floor the angle of 15 degrees makes the ramps wheelchair accessible and allows trollies to cary furnitures or other objects to the building Double gated entrance With the double gate access to the building, no child can exit without supervision
KIPINA GOES GREEN For a better future for the chidren,. various design elements have been used in the design of the project, such as low-e glazings, low flow and dual flush toilets, zero VOC flooring and paint, Light coloured exterior walls, and high quality insulation and ceiling. 42

CHABROS EXHIBITION STAND Professional Projects 2013 Autocad | Sketchup The objective of the competition was to design two wooden stands facing each other in two 3mx5m rectangles, with an alley of 2 meters in between, showing the possibilities of design using the wood material, within the stands itself and within the furniture exhibited.. “To be irreplaceable one must always be different
- Coco Chanel
The aim of the stand design will be used primarily to capture the attention of visitors.
44
The stand will tend the sails as high as possible with its “shocking” design that will intrigue the curiosity of the majority of visitors. Since each person has a different taste, we opted for two opposite forms in architecture, both the Cartesian and the fluid. However, to preserve certain homogeneity, the two stands are designed in the same way with the stacking technique of wood panels to create the final structure. The transition between the Cartesian and the organic that shows harmony and complexity of the structure identifies the different characteristics of wood used at C.H.A, exposing the possibility of its use in different ways.

TWISTED TOWERS DNA Barcelona & Partners 2016 Autocad | Photoshop | Rhino
The uniqueness of the form is due to its geometrical transforamtion. The ground floor (0 degrees) is rotated in the last floor with an angle of 90 degrees, and the floors in between are rotated in order to create a smooth transition. Consequently, twiated towers are outstanding landmarks that are emphasized by their dynamic shape and offer all the amenities for a luxurious living.

ACADEMIC WORKS
The following projects date between 2011 and 2012 during my final two years at the Lebanese merican University And during the masters in advanced architecture at the Istitute for Advanced Architecture of Catalunya IAAC 2015
Landscape of Experiences Academic Projects 2015 Rhino | Grasshopper | Maya
It all started with four given items, a particular section of the terrain, the cable car as device, the tourist as user and art as the time factor. With those elements, an urban structure should emerge and be useful for the next 100 years. In 100 years, structures will not be limited to inactive objects anymore. Kinetic architecture is established, a space is instantly adaptable to human needs .Areas grow when the number of people increases, Roads and bridges adapts to paths, leaving free space if not. But how can the system know about people’s needs? The 21st century is the era of data collection. Each of us has devices, that records and publish data every second used. This data can be taken to measure pedestrian and traffic flows, current needs and shortages. The structure will respond to that input as well as it can already provide the surrounding for certain scenarios. Two surfaces respond either in different ways. One works in a per formative way and one works observative. Together they shape a space with various functions, reacting to the behavior of the people. You may watch the full maya animation video under the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWwXDneZJkU

In 100 years, architecture will not re-
main static. It will adapt to people’s needs according to function, space and time.
80
By tracking the geolocation of images and posts uploaded on social networks, a rough outline of the users behavior can be done already. Analyzing the content of the images and posts gives even more information. Almost everything can be measured. The structure responds to the given input. If there is a large gathering of people it will shape bigger rooms to allow more space.

Torre Baro Energy District Academic Projects 2015 Rhino | Grasshopper
Since 2000, Torre Baro became one of the areas of Barcelona with the strongest presence of immigrants, especially from Romania, Ukraine and Ecuador. Illegal construction was done around 20 years ago, and more than 200 houses do not benefit from the city services. The aim of the project is to design units that provide free power to the whole city that is environmentaly renewable. The first step is to study each type of vegetation in the district, how much light, water, shadow do it needs, and in what type of soil will it be the most efficient. Then to do an environmental analysis on the site, how much sun and shadow does each m2 receive during a year, how does the rain flow on the mountain, and what are the most dense areas of water, in order to place the units depending on these characteristics.

The Green Line Academic Projects 2011 Autocad | Photoshop | Rhino
Beirut has an imaginary green line, dividing the east and the west part, it is known for being the separation between the two areas of battle during the 1980’s civil war. The concept of the project was to switch the purpose from division to unity by studying the urban pattern on both sides and including in the project what lacks in each. Residential, commercial, educational, cultural, entertainment and parking spaces have been mapped out to define the program in order to balance the two areas.

The Wall Hotel Academic Projects 2011 Autocad | Photoshop
The proposal is focused on projecting 4 major points in the area: LIMIT, CONTINUITY, BARRIER, PROJECTION. Taking the main roads as a reference, and extending them into the site which defines the main entrances and circulations, creating a harmony between the building and its surroundings. Each plot has a direction, a scale and an orientation, which defined certain prototypes that will create a wall.
