Joyce Aquino Art Gallery Renovation The main objective was to design a space for an artisan to showcase their work. The scope of the renovation involves reconfiguring the interior space and designing a new exterior shell for the structure.

I designed a floral art gallery for a floral designer. I was drawn to crisscrossed elements and bold colors.

The primary approach was to develop a set of sketches that articulated the connection between the exterior and interior spaces.

I have been a permanent resident in the United States for a few years now and I am planning on seeking citizenship in the near future. After turning 17, I began working at the ICS Corporation in New Jersey that is committed to manufacturing direct mail for nonprofit organizations. Also, I am from the Philippines and I am fluent in speaking English and Filipino. As an immigrant, I keep the Filipino culture close to my heart while embracing the multicultural aspects of the United States.
