Ask Yourself August 2024

"If the success or failure of this planet and of human beings depended on how I am and what I do, how would I be and what would I do?”
— R. Buckminster Fuller

August, for me, has always been a regrouping month, getting ready for the beginning of the rest of the year.

In my opinion, there is no better way to do that than to reflect on important questions.

I hope these questions help you focus on what’s important to you for the rest of 2024. joyce

How do I want to focus my time and energy?
What or who has been my patient teacher in life?

What could I teach someone else?

What do I still yearn for?

What do I want to learn?
Remembering that beauty is everywhere, where do I find it?
If someone asked, “Who am I?”
How would I answer?

What would I like to give the world?

Where is my energy calling me to dance free?

What do I want to speak out for?
What experience taught me something important?

Where do I feel at home?

Who/What

makes me feel more alive?
Who am I becoming?

What

is unfinished for me?*

What

does peace mean to me?
What places nourish me?

What

small beauty am I overlooking?

What

message am I missing?

What

do I want to celebrate?

What

would my future self like today?
