2 pounds cubed stew meat 1 medium onion, cut in eighths 1 large package mushrooms, sliced 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 can cream of mushroom soup ¼ cup water 1 cup sour cream cooked noodles parsley flakes
Dump meat, onion, mushrooms and bouillon in slow cooker. Mix can of soup with water, and pour mixture over meat in cooker. Cook on low for eight hours or on high for five. About 20 minutes before finish, stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles, sprinkle with parsley flakes. Want to have your recipe featured in a future issue?
