At each annual review, net purchases, required products, and Blue Mountain Arts shelf space will be evaluated and compared to the agreed-upon levels. Deviation from agreed-upon program level may result in a change of terms to the appropriate program level or removal from the program if less than $2,000 in annual purchases.
