myEvolv Process Management User Guide Group Service Event Routing Route Name: Group Note Route / Group Service Note Route Scheme

Overview The purpose of the Group Service Event route is to allow a group service event to be “sent” to a supervisor to be reviewed and co-signed.

Location in the system Routing pane The main location for routing tasks is in the routing pane. The Routing Pane is designed to allow users to work with the tasks routed to them, either directly or via a workgroup.

Since the Assigned User is the staff member who clicked the routing button, it is important to only click this button if you are the person who should be e-signing this and submitting it for approval.

8. Click the tab for the appropriate option.

For the routing options you may only select one of the following actions (please note that group notes cannot be routed from the client module) a. Submit to Direct Supervisor: In this tab you can only select the immediate supervisor of the person routing the group event. b. Submit for Approval (Select a Supv): In this tab you can select any supervisor in myEvolv. This option was provided to support scenarios where the staff member’s primary supervisor is not available to review a document.

1. To begin the routing process click the group therapy event you wish to review.

and the screen below will display.

a. Approve: Allows the supervisor to approve the group note which applies their signature and completes the route. b. Request More Information: Allows the supervisor to unlock the group note and send it back to the staff that started the route so additional detail can be added to the group note.

The group note now contains the signature of the supervisor as well

In the Group and Client modules, the approved note will have the following symbol next to it indicating it was approved.

myEvolv Process Management User Guide 4. Request More Information - Type in your comments and click “Request more Information”. This will unlock the group event and it will be in edit mode for the staff that started the route.

Routing History Routing History provides an audit trail of the actions performed along with any notes that were added.

To Access Routing History: 1. Click Routing History tab.

2. Click on any row to expand and view any notes that were added during routing.
