Terms & Conditions... Confirmation
A registration form must be completed and signed prior to your check-in. This will confirm your booking and ensure a prompt and efficient check-in. A registration form is a requirement by law.
Deposits
A deposit of 30% or $110 (whichever is the greater) must be paid within 14 days of booking accommodation to secure your booking. Leading up to holiday periods, the full amount must be paid one week prior to your arrival. Credit card facilities are available for your convenience. Please note, we do charge a 2.1% surcharge on credit cards. We are also able to arrange direct transfer into our bank account. When booking online, full payment is required at time of booking. Our office has a no cash policy. Please ensure you contact our staff prior to your arrival for alternative payment methods.
Check In & Check Out
All bookings commence at 2pm and cease at 10am on the departure date. You can phone our staff the day prior to check-in and enquire about an early arrival if available, however no guarantees can be made. There are no late check-outs available at any time.
Rebooking
If wishing to rebook for future holidays, as you have first option, pleasre enquire prior to your departure day. Option to relet the property for the period of your booking will cease when keys are handed into our office on your departure.
Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled or changed more than 3 months prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of $30 wil be taken. If the booking is cancelled or changed within 3 months prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded until the property is relet. If the property is not relet, the entire monies paid to an account will be forfeited by the guest.
Linen
All properties listed on our website and in this booklet are fully self-contained to make your holiday in Caloundra more enjoyable. Linen is NOT included in ALL of our properties. Please enquire with our reservations staff for further details about linen or hiring options prior to your arrival.
Lost Keys
Should any unit keys be lost or stolen, the full cost of replacement of all locks and keys will be charged to the holiday guest, this cost varies and could increase considerably should it involve security keys. This also includes TV, video, DVD or garage remote controls.

Tenants are advised however, before relying on that information or interpreting our descriptions, to make your own enquiries to ensure they are getting exactly what they expect. Please also note that we act on instructions from the owners of our properties depicted here and the owners reserve the right to alter prices or equipment supplied in units at anytime, or to withdraw any offered property without notice. In circumstances where this may occur, Henzells Agency will endeavour to place the tenant in similar accommodation at a similar price, or will refund that price paid by the tenant for any unused part of the booking. Compensation is limited to a refund of the amount paid, and no consequential damages will be entertained, except as required by law.
Checking In
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Please note that you will be required to supply either a credit card imprint (MC or Visa) for a minimum $200 bond on check in for security purposes. Should the bond be submitted, it will be forwarded to you at least 1 week after your departure in the form of a cheque, providing the unit is deemed by the agent to have been left in a reasonable condition.
