What the buyers say: BELLVISTA PROVES TO BE OFF THE WALL FOR COLIN

BELLVISTA’S LIFESTYLE AND AMENITY PROVIDES A GREAT MARRIAGE FOR LOCAL CELEBRANT

Colin Wall purchased a home at Bellvista earlier this year and loved the selling experience with Matt Glynn from Ray White Kawana.

Janelle Wellsteed is a well-regarded Marriage Celebrant who has lived and worked on the Sunshine Coast for the past 26 years. She performs ceremonies all over Australia however Janelle calls Bellvista home because of the great lifestyle on offer.

“I sometimes work away running my roofing business, Akita Industries, so it’s difficult to get a good feel for the whole sales process but Matt was so helpful and took the time to organize everything to ensure our purchase was extremely easy.” “I was renting in the area before I purchased the property so I got a good feel for what the neighbourhood had to offer and it was easy to see that it was a great place to live long term. The neighborhood is fantastic and Unity College is just down the road for my five year old daughter to attend primary and high school over the coming years.” “We have a beautiful home here in Bellvista, we all think it’s a magic little place and I can’t keep my daughter out of the pool!”

“I’ve been fortunate enough to be a Celebrant at the local Bellvista Park, it’s wonderful as it lends itself to small intimate ceremonies with the beautiful lake as its backdrop. Every couple I work with rave about how refreshing and well-kept Bellvista is and what a hidden gem we have, with great access to the highway and all the amenities set in place, I totally agree.” “The council have now made the Information Centre available for ceremonies which has a magnificent deck that provides an amazing setting for an occasion to remember, I am very excited about performing upcoming ceremonies here.”

RYAN HELPS GET BELLVISTA LOCALS INTO GREAT SHAPE

UNITY COLLEGE SURF STAR TAKES OUT PARKO GROM STOMP SURF COMPETITION

Ryan O’Neal is the owner of Ufit Australia and has chosen Bellvista as the location to live and run his fitness business.

Unity College’s up and coming competitive surfer Luke Glover won the prestigious Under 14 Boys Billabong Parko Grom Stomp Surfing Competition at Anne Street Caloundra.

“I’ve been operating in Bellvista for around three years now and we chose this location because it’s a really family friendly area. Many of my clients bring their younger children along to sessions and let them play in the park while they work out. The parks here are beautiful and open and provide a great area to train hard and enjoy the outdoors.” “Most of my clients live in the Bellvista area, however we operate our sessions in smaller groups based around school drop off and pick up times, so it’s really family friendly and we find that many people from outside the community train with us for the convenience as well.” “It’s great to be able live and run my business in the same area, it means that I don’t spend too much time driving around the coast so I get to enjoy more time with clients or enjoying our amazing lifestyle.” www.ufitaustralia.com.au

The 15 year old received the highest score for the entire competition, a 9.8 out of 10! Luke said he is extremely grateful from the support he’s received from his school and said that it was great that Unity College included surfing as part of their sports curriculum. “Unity College is a great school and it’s great that a healthy sport like surfing is highly regarded and encouraged. I’m stoked about my recent results and I am training hard at the Ocean Performance Centre to progress in surfing and I hope to make the pro tour one day.” “Unity is a great school because they have recognised and supported my surfing commitments while I’ve studied this year. The school has great new facilities and it’s close to the beach, which is awesome when I want to practice my surfing straight after school,” said Luke. Middle/Senior Sports Coordinator, Dave Moon said the school was thrilled with Luke’s surfing results and he hoped it would encourage other students to take on a more active lifestyle. “Luke is a fantastic athlete and his love for surfing is very clear, he definitely has the ability and the determination to progress in the sport and we will support him to the best of our ability.”
