A registration form must be completed and signed prior to your check-in. This will ensure a prompt and efficient check-in. A registration form is a requirement by law.
Payments
A deposit of 50% must be paid within 7 days of booking accommodation to secure your booking. The booking must be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival. Bonds are required for all bookings. Credit card facilities are available for your convenience. Please note, we do charge a 2.1% surcharge on credit cards. Payments may be made online through the booking system or we accept direct deposits into our bank account. Our office has a no cash policy
Check In & Check Out
All bookings commence at 2pm. You will be notified a day or two prior to arrival via SMS if an early check-in is available. Guests must depart the property by 10am and return all keys to our office promptly. There are no late check-outs available at any time.
Security For Your Booking
Your are required to provide photographic identification and full credit card details for additional security purposes
Rebooking
If wishing to rebook at the same property for the equivalent period in the following year please contact the office during the first five days of you stay. The property will be available for online booking by other guests after that time.
Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled you will forfeit any booking fees and credit card surcharges. If you cancel more than 3 months prior to the arrival date the balance of your payment will be refunded to your nominated bank account. If the booking is cancelled within three months of the arrival date the balance will not be refunded unless the property is relet for the equivalent tariff.
Linen
All properties listed on our website and in this booklet are fully self-contained to make your holiday in Caloundra more enjoyable. Linen is NOT included in ALL of our properties. Information on linen hire is included in your booking confirmation email
Lost Keys
Should any unit keys be lost or stolen, the full cost of replacement of all locks and keys will be charged to the holiday guest, this cost varies and could increase considerably should it involve security keys. This also includes TV, video, DVD or garage remote controls.
