At Henzells Caloundra, despite a slightly damp wicket in recent days, the scorecard makes for very exciting reading. Scape Dicky Beach is but one of our projects which is clocking up the results like a Punter and Pup partnership this summer. Since Henzells Agency took over the marketing of the Surfside Oasis three months ago, almost half the homesites and three custom design homes have been snapped up, leaving just a handful of opportunities for the fortunate few. Scape is certainly not one to let through to the ‘keeper' and the advice would be to strike now as the chances to live and invest in premium beachside communities such as Dicky Beach are rapidly diminishing. It is a similar story across the board at Henzells with the agency averaging 25 sales a month for the past three months, with the full range of property types being represented.
