No lock-in contracts! Most agencies will lock you into a minimum 30-day termination contract. Our valued clients are happy with our service and we are confident that we will surpass your expectations as well. For this reason, we have no lock in
contracts and if for any reason you are unhappy with our service then we will release your property from our management immediately.
Changing to Pam Court Realty is easy Whether your property is tenanted or vacant, changing to us couldn’t be easier… we’ll handle everything! All we require from
you is your written authority to notify your current agent of the changeover. It won’t affect your current tenancy or cost you a cent.

Securing quality tenants Our diligent and thorough application vetting process ensures that each prospective Tenant is fully screened in areas of financial security, employment status and rental history. We won’t jeopardise the quality of tenant for the sake
of renting your property, we work hard to find the right tenant! Screening through Australia’s largest tenant database, the Tenancy Information Centre of Australia (TICA) is mandatory.
Our proactive approach to letting We work tirelessly to keep vacancies to a minimum, with extensive marketing, regular open homes and team reviews on each property conducted weekly. Every enquiry about your property is tracked and pursued with enthusiasm. You will also be kept up to date every step of the way with reports sent to you after each open home, outlining the number of attendees
and feedback. Applications from prospective Tenants are promptly, but thoroughly, checked and presented to you for your consideration. If the property is tenanted, we seek lease renewal approval from our owners at least 8 weeks prior to a lease ending, so if your tenants are leaving, we have plenty of time to find new ones before they vacate.
Online access to your property file 24/7 We want to offer complete transparency to our clients. Our owners can easily access all their property and financial information from anywhere at any time via an online portal. They can view and download current as well as historical information, such as: 1. Statements 2. Invoices 3. Property details and documents 4. Financial activity graph 5. Activity reports for maintenance and inspections

We adhere to the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008. Our vigorous compliance approach ensures your tenant’s safety and minimises liability.
Keeping your investment in good condition at all times will save you money in the long run. We report maintenance issues to you in a timely manner and only engage highly qualified licensed tradespeople. We are also more than happy to engage your preferred tradespeople.
Rental payments We pride ourselves on our ‘no tolerance’ approach to tenant rental arrears. Our management of rental arrears is structured and effective, arrears are checked and actioned daily. Tenants receive phone calls, text messages and emails when in arrears. If arrears continue, we contact you to seek instructions and, if
required, issue the appropriate notices within the required timeframes. Our landlord disbursement payments are processed as a matter of priority twice a month. You can also choose to receive your payments monthly.
